On more than one occasion I have called, left messages and got no call back. Dr Neily didn't even have knowledge that I called. I don't get my questions answered. I have made appointments and was once told, after looking at her watch, that I needed to make another appointment because she needed to be on time that day. I usually leave with more questions than answers. She is helpful when she wants to be but that's it. She is never available as she is sick, on vacation or the office is closed due to the very few hours she works. She does not follow up on appointments from previous concerns. She doesn't even look to see why you are there, even if it is a follow up. She does not have a good bedside manner as she is always rushing you out, even if she is late because she had a late lunch. She is unprofessional in how she handles her patients.

I had no problems with her until I took my son in to see her and she made a rude comment about his weight and also was rude to me about instructions I should follow on his daily feeding regiment. She was very rude and inconsiderate and I think even if she was having a bad day, the comments she made were unacceptable. She rushes through the appointments to the effect that I have to follow her out the door to hear her recommendations for my family. She is a very snarly Dr. Also seems to have a lot of "Sick" days.

Dr. Neily goes above and beyond for her patients. She takes the time to truly listen and asks questions to ensure she gets to the root of the issue. She never hesitates to request testing or make a referral.

Dr Neilly is a great Dr and is amazing with children. She is rushed but that is what I expect with Dr`s. You can tell she loves her job. I do think she should allow more than one concern at each appt, may be a longer appt initially, but would cut down on repeat appts. With two little ones under the age of three, I feel like I am there on a weekle basis

Doctor Lori Neily is one of the worst Doctors I have ever seen. Her bed side manner is awful and were lucky if she is in office.

When you call, 90% of the time you get an answering machine telling you they will call you back. Don't hold your breath, even when the drug store calls this office they don't call back. Dr. Neily does not go to the hospital, if you need to be admitted you will need someone you don't know. She works Mon - Thurs 9am - 1pm kind of looks like 16 hours per week but when you include all the vacations, it is a lot less. Last time I was in I was told to talk fast. She use to be a very good doctor but now is the very definition of what is wrong with our health system. She lives in a house worth over half a million dollars, zips around in a little sports car owns a building to hold her practice, pays for it all on less than 16 hours per week. Because of our health care system, when you have a doctor it is impossible to get another but with a doctor like Lori Neily you really don't have a doctor you have someone who enjoys a doctors lifestyle but doesn't give a damn about patient care.

I had my three month old infant who was fevered with cold and flu in Dr. Niely's office this morning. The baby is too young for even Infant's Tylenol and had been crying for hours and hours. Instead of taking five minutes to check the baby over, she refused to see us and sent us to the hospital where we waited three hours to be told that it would be ok to give her a little Tylenol. Something that could have been accomplished in three minutes in the doctor's office. I have never had a problem with this doctor today, but someone who would turn away a fevered infant is not a good doctor at all, in my opinion.

I am not sure if are talking about the same dr or not but the dr Neily I know is more concerned with getting home on time the taking 5 minutes to see a sick new born. She is always in rush and is only a good dr if you are healthy. Dr neily needs to re align her priorities.

Dr. Neily is great, as so is her receptionist. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment or getting the help i needed. WTG Girls keep up the good work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neily's for about 4 years now, and I have only good things to say about her. She is very thourough and listens to your questions and concerns she is not one of those Md's who just gives you a prescription and sends you on your way, she tells you what it is for and makes sure you know how to use it properly.

I have known Dr Neily since before she opened her own practise (she filled in for other doctors in the area) and have always found her to be very professional and thorough. She takes her time with you and answers all your questions. On more than one occassion she has gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to care for myself and my family.

She is very caring. She will only take one health issue per visit. She does take quite a bit of time off but I'vd always been able to make an appointment when I needed to. I trust her and that's important.

Always listens, sympathetic, however, doesn't have full hours each week and takes off lots of time. Had to go to the outpatient most times when urgent sickness came up.
