02/10/10 1 1 1 1 Horrible doctor. So hard to get an appointment with him, then it takes an hour waiting in his office. Then when you finally get to see him, it's rushed. He just wants to get as many appointments as possible, doesn't care about diagnosing any issues.  Respond

07/03/10 1 1 2 1 This doctor lacks professionalism..and "gossips" with his patients about other patients...his entire practice is based on the uneducated and immigrant population who don't know any better..and think it is normal to sit in an office for 1-2 hours for an appointment...is always sending patients for "bloodwork" so he can than have another app't with them, and tell them it is "normal"...his billing needs to be investigated...no wonder he is one of the highest paid physicians annually....  Respond

20/08/09 1 3 1 3 Receptionists have absolutely no phone skills or manners. Dr. Randhawa provides good reference to specialists but not a great doctor himself. Sometimes VERY rude but helpful with ICBC/WCB cases. over flow of clients is way more than he can handle.  Respond

28/07/09 2 1 2 2 Although he is a very nice and kind person, he definitely overlooks major issues. I personally was left to figure out on my own what was wrong with me on several occasions. After getting sick and tired of doing this, I have no switched to a new doctor that takes the time to listen to EVERYTHING I have to say.  Respond

11/04/09 4 4 5 5 Dr. Randhawa is a great doctor and put me at ease with my problem. He has a lot of experience and information for my illness and gave me the diagnosis and medication for my problem (cancer). He saved my life. I dislike this silly website for allowing people to put doctors down and make unconstructive comments. If you don't like a particular doctor, then move on. Don't waste your time slandering him on a stupid website like this which is obviously made for people who have nothing better to do with their time but complain. There are so many families and people I know who have been helped and treated by Dr. Randhawa, that I can't even count them. I wonder where some of the patients can be rated because I have certainly witnessed unprofessional and difficult behaviour by patients in Dr. Randhawa's waiting room, including somebody who was trying to forge prescriptions and was caught!  Respond

04/03/09 1 2 3 3 Dr. Randhawa is a kind and gentle Doctor with outstanding bedside manner. He came to my 89 and 92 year old parents' home on many occasions to see to them when they were too sick to go to him. He still goes my Mom's home to give her the flu shot. Recently he has become too busy to continue to see them at home on a timely basis. With no privileges at the new Hospital and an office that is not wheelchair friendly, we will be looking for someone new. His staff are rude and unprofessional. The don't give messages to the Doctor as requested, forget to order tests and set up appointments with specialists.  Respond

12/09/07 1 1 1 1 I've had a bad experience with Dr. Bawa and so have so many other families. He is known for rushing patients; doesn't listen to patient concerns and does not make the necessary referrals and tests required. He overlooks many relevant symptoms and has often misdiagnosed. He needs to retire.  Respond

22/08/07 4 2 4 3 This doctor certainly does not have any communication skills with other professionals!! He may be good at patient advocacy but when it comes to dealing with other professional agencies that may need medical reports or consults he is not the politest person around. He needs to brush up on his communication skills.  Respond
