If you are reading this and are considering surgery with Dr. Turner I cannot caution you enough about the absolute substandard results you are in for. He uses outdated techniques and a "one size fits all" approach. He will not fix the issue and in my case simply said he would remove the implants after I spent $15,000. I went to Dr. Islur at First Glance and it was night and day! From staff to clinic to surgical skill, The First Glance is far superior. Please get a second opinion ANYWHERE before you commit to surgery at Aesthetic Solutions.

Got top surgery done by Dr. Turner about 7 years ago now. Despite the standard operating procedure being to install drains for a minimum of 1-2 weeks he decided, WHILE I WAS UNDER ANESTHESIA, I was not to be given them or any other method to alleviate the blood/fluid buildup in my chest after surgery. What should’ve been a day surgery ended up being a two night hospital stay with a second operation the NEXT DAY to flush the copious amounts of bodily fluids building up in my chest. I was a D cup prior to surgery; after waking up post-first-op and vomiting profusely my chest swelled up to slightly larger than it was pre-op. Meaning after removing fat and skin to flatten my chest (leaving less room for skin to stretch) my skin AND sutures were being painfully stretched from about 8am post op to 5-6am the next day when he finally came back to fix his mistake. Second surgery had drains installed overnight and then removed around 5am again the next day. So, drains that should’ve been put in were exclusively not, I suffered an extra day and a half of excruciating pain and pressure in my chest while terrified my sutures would tear open, mostly alone the whole time, at 19 years old, then had them put in for less than 24 hours and just had to deal with the full body swelling and single bruise taking up half my body for the next 3-4 weeks because the fluid buildup had nowhere else to go. On top of that I also had significant nerve damage for more than 4 years afterwards, which during a follow up I explained and he, casually and forcefully, started pushing on the area and wouldn’t let up when I shrunk away in pain/discomfort. One of my nipples was also put back on fully upside down? And the placement is a bit too high up on my chest for my liking. All in all I am happy I chose to get top surgery, but if I could go back I would absolutely have chosen a different surgeon. Dr. Turner is lacking a sufficient level of empathy for patient care, will make choices about your body without your consent while you are unconscious, and in my own opinion based on what I’ve personally experienced and read from other patients of his, he does not particularly care about trans folks or women in the sense of giving them what they want, moreso about what HE thinks is best for YOU. Without asking you.

My experience with Dr. Turner's office has mostly been his voicemail. They don't check voicemails. I have not once received a call back. As for Turner, he seems like a typical surgeon; Matter of fact with just enough manners to not leave you not feeling like just another piece of meat he's cutting into. I've only gone through the initial assessment with him so far. I had breast implants originally 2015 I seen Dr. Turner 2020. He did surgery on me and did not tell me I should replace my implants went back to him in 2021. I wasn’t happy at the way they looked so we changed the implants and was supposed to do a lift, but that’s not what was done I have one breast that’s way lower than the other breast don’t go and get your surgery done by him. He’s not the breast doctor if I could post a picture I would.

Amazing doctor! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Even though he probably goes through the exact same explanations numerous times a day he always allowed for questions etc. he is definitely worth the wait to see him. Once I saw him my surgery was booked for 4 months later. I’m thrilled with the results!

He did my mommy makeover and it was amazing. Went back a year later to add breast augmentation and that went fantastic too. I highly recommend him. I know it's nice to see before and afters on instagram and stuff, which I'm not aware he does that kinda thing but trust me when I say he is one of the best in the city. He really doesn't pressure you into anything and I really valued his input when asking his opinion. Highly recommend :)

I had surgery done by this doctor for capsular contracture in March 2022. I was told I had to pay for new implants therefore I chose to go bigger. When I woke up, my breast were considerably smaller. After about 4 weeks, I noticed that my right breast was not only smaller than the left one, but my nipple was somewhat inverted. I went back to see him and was told I must have had that breast smaller my whole life, which I DID NOT! He was very rushed and could not be bothered to hear my concerns. I asked if he could put a larger one in the right side and he told me it would cost me $2200.00. I was left with no choice since I now have to pad my bra so they look even. When I left, I was told to let the receptionist know that I wanted to be put on the list to get surgery at the hospital. (This was my choice to get the surgery done at the hospital versus the private clinic, as when I had surgery at the private clinic, they discharged me while I was barely coherent and vomiting so violently, I'm surprised I didn't bottom out! The one nurse at the clinic felt so bad, she even called me in the morning to see how I was doing and to apologize and saying how sorry she felt for me as I was so sick, but discharged me nonetheless!) On my way out from seeing Dr. Turner, I told the receptionist my name and to put me on the waiting list for hospital surgery, and she informed me that it could take a while to get in since Covid. Today, after waiting for 6 months for a call, I called to see where I was on the waiting list and spoke to the receptionist who seemed to know nothing about me being on a waiting list. She was extremely RUDE and VERY condescending! I've worked in the medical field my entire life and have never seen anything like this! I asked her if I was EVER on the waiting list and she proceeded to tell me that SHE usually gives the paperwork to the patients while they are in the office, and sometimes the patients can't be bothered to fill it out and then, in a mimicking voice, said: They call back and whine "why was I never put on the list"! Who talks to customers/patients like that! Now I'm left with one breast smaller than the other, an inverted nipple and so much pain it keeps me awake at night. STAY AWAY FROM DR. TURNER'S OFFICE!!! He will not admit to making mistakes and will charge you to fix his own mistakes! And the receptionist, I don't even know what to say about that one! I now have to pay full price to get this revision done by another physician!

Seen him for breast augmentation. THE BEST decision was to go to him. Did such an amazing job. Staff at maples surgical centre were great as well as his nurse in office, Dara. Hands down the surgeon to see if you want an augmentation. I am from out of province and would drive back to him all over again. Thank you doctor Turner!

This doctor did my Carpal tunnel release without numbing my skin and place the needle with anesthesia directly on my carpal tunnel. He does not explain things clearly prior to the surgery. You are treated like an animal in and out. He does not care about the emotional damage that he can cause with his disregard for patient’s needs or rights

I was referred to this Joker for breast implants. What a complete failure!!! When you arrive to the office the doors are locked. You can be staring at the staff through the front windows for 10 minutes and they will not let you in. My guess is paranoid. (No wonder why). First appointment, I declared I wanted a larger size but was told that 500cc was max for first implants but larger implants can be inserted after pockets are made. Failure...this surgeon does not use expanders so a full implant is used. This is Garbage. The surgeon knew my insurance did not cover two sets of full implants, yet said nothing. Needless to say I'm stuck with the 500cc now unless I have $9000.00 (surgeons quote)...out of my pocket to get the size I wanted. This is done deliberately so he makes more on an additional surgeries and consultations. The larger implants I wanted initially, would have fit. Next was healing, 4 months of abandonment. No calls questions or emails were replied to by this surgeon. Every attempt to ask a question was deflected by secretaries. The only way to ask anything was to make an appointment which can take weeks or longer. Even then, you get no answers. Next came scheduling yet another surgery to repair what was done. At this appointment I asked specifically for the scars to be in a specific place (Completely possible). Again at the hospital I repeated my request to have the scars placed specifically. This request was completely Ignored. My scars are not where I wanted them. I would not suggest this surgeon to anyone. He does not care, he does not give you what you want. Almost 3 yrs and two surgeries later, I am horribly disappointed. He does what he wants and you will be left to live with it. The Lowest rating humanly possible is much higher than deserved.
