:) Click to report rating *  10/9/08 5 5 5 Dr.Golding is an excellent family physician. I don't think punctuality should be included in this rating because of the fact that there are so many people in Saint John without a family doctor and the fact that she takes time with her patients without shoving you out the door when you have unanswered questions!

:) Click to report rating *  10/7/08 5 4 5 She was the best docor I ever had. She always gave me her time. She talked to me, examined me, sent me for the correct tests and solved my problems. She was too nice and a criminal hurt her. That is the only reason she ever made us wait, plus she had a crazy ex-husband from what i heard from his friend. But what counts is she is an excellent doctor in all ways. I can't wait to have her back. Saint John should be ashamed of themselves. She would help anyone. She was always concerned and when I was too nervous to tell her how I felt, she always helped me and I left and healed. How can you ask for more.

:) Click to report rating *  10/7/08 5 5 5 Dr.Golding; has been my doctor since i was 15 years old she was the best doctor i ever had or will ever have. She helped me more than she will ever know. She could always tell me what was wrong and if she had no answer she sent me to the best that she could till the problem got solved. she has been involved with my medical decisions for the last 16 years and i am a now a mom and i deeply wish that Dr.Golding could be his doctor as well as he deserves to have the best treatment and i feel that she would be the one to give it to him. Corrina is an amazing Doctor; she explains everything in normal terms so that a person who has not had medical training might understand. She is always pleasant with a smile on her face and always made me smile. I will be going back to her if she decides to practice again; she was my doctor for 16 years and would love to have her back as my physician. Corrina you are a great doctor and friend and i hope you can begin to be apart of my sons life Jennifer

:) Click to report rating *  10/7/08 5 5 5 I started going to see Corrina when my son was 3. She has been the most fantastic person to them and myself that i can ask for. She was always caring and helpful for example when my sons ear drum ruptured she sat and hugged him and cried with him, when my daughter was in need of gallbladder surgery she was very very shaken and Corrina made her stay in the office with her until she was settled down enough to call me. She has also been wonderful to me as well..always caring about what was goin on in my life and always had tome to listen. She has had a rough ol go of it lately but I for one am hoping to see her come back! Thanks Corrina and I look forward to seeing u soon!

:) Click to report rating *  10/7/08 5 5 5 It's great that they convicted the guy that assaulted her and blew up her car because she wouldn't give him illegal drugs. He's in jail and she's back to being a great Doctor. Her ethics are solid as a rock. It's sad she got such bad press for going thru such a horrible ordeal. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

:) Click to report rating *  10/7/08 5 4 5 I always found Dr.Golding very helpful! She would sometimes get behind as do all Dr's but she worked really hard to remain on schedule! She is very interested in our wellbeing especially with kids. If your child was sick you got in that day...Children are a priority in this office! I remember my son getting a flu shot and she instantly distracted him and he was fine...He often asks to see her. What more can you ask for? A kid who likes going to his dr!!!

:( Click to report rating    5/25/08 1 1 1 I find it frightening that she could potentailly be in charge of patients well being again. Until she resolves her own issues, I pray she does not resume the role of MD

:( Click to report rating    3/15/08 1 1 1 I think basically she is a kind person who got in over her head. I found very unprofessional at times and downright rude at times as well. I do hope she can rebuild her life but I would never have her as a doctor again.

:( Click to report rating    3/6/08 1 1 1 I was thankful when she took my wife son and myself as patients as we had been without for a long time...but the service really wasn't there. She always showed up late?? I don't get that. If I showed up late everyday for work I would be fired...whatever. Aside from that, in the ways that mattered most I found her lacking. Poor attitude(yelling literally at my wife for asking questions about her condition)always trying to rush us out before we had time to tell her why we even went to her, refusing to answer questions about nessaary medications (I think because she didn't know the answers)and recommending we go to the hospital or a clinic to get my wife's epilepsy medications refilled(what is a family doctor for??) All in all not very professional or caring. If you liked her well that's up to you, we got poor doctoring from her.

:( Click to report rating    2/15/08 1 1 1 She was my 1st Dr when I moved to Saint John a few yrs ago. After scheduling time off of work for appts only to arrive to the office to find it closed my patience began to wane. When I finally got to see her for intestinal trouble - bloating was one of the symptons she pointedly looked at my belly after I had told her of the other related problems and told me I was not bloated just fat. I'll never forget those words. Considering I normally had a flat belly & exercised on a daily basis. I was lucky enough to find a another Dr and was diagnosed with IBS - which simply involved in my case finding different ways to deal with stress. So after a year that was "the straw that broke the camel's back".

:( Click to report rating    11/8/07 1 1 1 I went to her for a long time, as did my mother and father. At first she was great. Always smiling, newly married, new baby, she had alot to smile about. The snarlyness started about the time she was going through her divorce. Then she was impossible!! I would get up early in the morning after working until 2 a.m. and drive an hour to see her and she wouldn't show. This happened a few times. Then when I did get in, I wished I hadn't. She was nasty. I was in constant pain and was to the point where I could hardly walk on bad days. She told me to stop playing sports and find low impact exercise, that I was getting too old to be playing such games. Later found out that I have rhumatoid arthritis when I found a new doctor. (I was 25) I went there to tell her my problems and ended up sitting there listening to hers.

:( Click to report rating    10/19/07 1 1 1 I went to her once and never went back. It was just before she started having her legal problems. I think this woman needs professional help and should not ever give anybody medical advice again!!

:) Click to report rating    7/17/07 5 2 5 I LOVE HER!!!! I miss her and hope she comes back to us soon. before her problems started, she was the most amazing doctor you could ask for, and even after, she still was to my family! Everybody has their problems and now was just her time. We miss you Corrina and good luck!

:( Click to report rating    5/19/07 1 1 Went to her once...for an "interview" as she called it. I had to audition to be her paticent...filling out pages of crazy questions. After waiting hrs to see her she refused to address the condition I had gone to see her about, saying I had to make another appt. Once she found out I had a baby who was going to a Ped, she insisted that I had to bring him to her as well. I refused, and then then told me that if I didn't bring him to see her that she would not take me as a paticent. I told her that it was my right to decide which Dr my children would see, and she then started yelling at me...telling me that my healthy child was taking up space with a Dr who needed the room to see sick children. For anyone who is wondering...my Ped has confirmed that all referals are seen before reg checkup appts. I'm sorry she is having so many problems, but I am truly glad she is no longer practicing. I really hope she never returns. No one should ever be treated the way she treated me.

:( Click to report rating    4/11/07 1 1 The most rudest woman I have ever met - totally disrespectful! She started a fight with me in her office because I questioned her about my condition. She is a very scary woman.

:( Click to report rating    4/10/07 3 1 The only good thing about Dr. Golding is that I could make day-before appointments. Assuming, of course, that she didn't cancel them at the last minute. I'd often find out that she'd cancelled a morning appointment of mine by spending an hour standing outside her closed office. She was rude to me, had an awful bedside manner, and never once bothered to actually listen to me or check up on my complaints. She was forgetful, and uncaring. She prescribed meds and tests for conditions she never took symptoms for, and only went on my word, if at all. I was never allowed to have more than one complaint per appointment, so heaven forbid I needed a med refill AND had another complaint! I never had a doctor that made me feel more uncomfortable, and though I have no proof, she always made me feel as though her foul attitude towards me was a personal thing. I have more horror stories, but I'm on a character limit here, so I'll close by saying that I do NOT recommend this doctor at all!

:( Click to report rating    3/31/07 1 1 are background checks never done on these doctors, or do we just get rejects like this one.She should never have been given a license to practice. Had five appointments with her, she was there once. Very rude and more into herself.

:( Click to report rating    3/28/07 1 1 She was never ontime. Not helpful. Too interested in her own personal life and not interested in the patients health. She would shout at patients and dismiss them like she was better than us.

:| Click to report rating    3/26/07 1 3 I have to say that when i first started going to Dr. Golding I liked her very much. I got pregnant shortly after finding a doctor in Saint John and she was great throughout my pregnancy. She did come to see me in the hospital when I had my daughter. I moved away when my daughter was 3 years old and I was there again in 2003 and I couldn't believe how much she had changed. I booked an appointment to see her and she never showed up. I rebooked and she still failed to show up. There was a waiting room full of patients when the receptionist had to inform everyone that the doctor wasn't coming in. Everyone in the waiting room was listening as she was trying to phone the doctor. I feel bad for her, as I know that she has problems and perhaps a chemical imbalance. but for those of you who only knew her in the end of her practice, she wasn't always this way.

:( Click to report rating    3/20/07 4 1 Totally rude woman, no social skills whatsoever, I waited a long time to get a doctor when I moved back to Saint John, and who do I get this miserable, cold hearted, ice queen. I can tell the difference between someone's having a bad day and someone suffering from anger issues. We all go through things in life. She needs help and I still need a good doctor...as I never returned to go to experience that.

:( Click to report rating    3/19/07 1 1 Rude and uncooperative...always a room full of patients and a doctor who walked in long after the appointments were scheduled. Then she'd rush through everyone like they were unimportant just to get it done. Very unprofessional!

:( Click to report rating    3/9/07 1 1 Never on time, sometimes showing up one hour after your appointment was booked for, with a room full of patients waiting to see her. Completely unprofessional, telling (unwanted) details of her personal life.

:( Click to report rating    2/28/07 3 2 My daughter had chronic ear problems as a baby and the only way Dr. Golding treated them was with meds. I was concerned that being on so many meds would not be good for such a young child. I asked about tubes and she said they don't put tubes in until children have all their teeth. I decided to seek out another doctor and luckily my husband's doctor (who is now retired) took her on and within a month she was in to see a specialist and shortly thereafter had her first set of tubes in and the ear infections finally stopped. I was also told directly by Dr. Golding that if she had her way she'd have all children, she preferred not to deal with adults. My mother-in-law was had many ailments and was told in not so many words that she didn't like to deal with her because she had too many problems. Then she moved to the top floor of a building so eventually my mother-in-law couldn't even go see her. When she was admitted to the hospital Dr. Golding never once visited her. Very sad.

:) Click to report rating    2/20/07 3 5 I have to say, Dr. Golding has always been very good to me. She has shown patience and when I suffered injuries, she always referred me for testing and other services that she felt would help assist me with my healing. Time management was often lacking, but I also feel that if I called, usually I was able to get an appointment the same day or the next. Can't say this happens with too many other Doctors in the city.

:( Click to report rating    12/9/06 2 1 I went to see this Dr for problems i was having with my knees, as i was explaining the problems to her she said "shut up I am the one asking the questions". I was not happy with this treatment at all, she does not have a good bed-side manner she is rude. It was not too long after that i started to look for a new Dr.
