:) Click to report rating    7/23/09 5 5 5 I, had suffered with migraines for years, then I met Dr. Eric Gable. He put me on Depo Prevera, instead of regular birth control pills and it was like over night my migraines were gone. Thank you, Dr. Gable, your the best.

:) Click to report rating    4/14/08 4 4 5 What a difference a good doctor makes. He listened to me. He didn't rush me at all. My ear was plugged (probably due to a very recent serious surgery) and I couldn't hear very well and couldn't clear it. Well, Dr. Gable looked very closely into my ear and told me the problem is not wax. It was a virus in my inner ear. When my current doctor looked, she said it was wax. She was in such a rush and a huff about spending time clearing it that she didn't see the real problem. Because of Dr. Gable's helpfulness and knowledge he was able to find the real problem. When I left Dr. Gable's office, I thought 'WoW' I remember this feeling. I use to have this a long time ago when doctors were real doctors and actually cared about the person and not about the money. I wish I could be a patient of Dr. Gable's but he can't take patients because he could be transfered at a moments notice to another clinic.

:) Click to report rating    2/21/08 5 5 5 The best doctor I've been to by far. I had a bad case of bronchitis, and he gave me some antibiotics. These sort of worked, but didn't quite get me to 100%, so he gave me a different antibiotic, and I was cured. I visited him twice, and he was courteous, professional, you name it. If he had a family practice, I would definitely visit him.

:) Click to report rating    1/14/08 3 4 5 Wow! That is the only way I can describe my visit w/ Dr. Gable. I have had so many bad doctors (C.Wang, I. Ma, A. Ladhani, I can continue...) that it was so refreshing to have my visit w/ Dr. Gable. I have only seen him once. I had, of all things, constipation. I had no idea that it was constipation. But I can tell you that it was as painful as when I had an ulcer. I couldn't sleep for a few days and had pain reoccurring throughout the day. I actually thought it was something really serious. When I went to see Dr. Gable, he introduced himself, discussed a bit about my medical history and took the time to thorougly examine me before diagnosing. Needless to say my mortification when the diagnosis was constipation. Dr. Gable was so professional. He did not make me feel idiotic. He took the time to validate the pain I had felt, explained the cause, discussed the treatment and gave me a heads up of how to avoid having it reoccur. At no time did I feel like I was just a number being served.

:) Click to report rating    3/13/07 5 5 He takes the time to really listen and spends time asking you a lot of questions to really understand why you visiting. Doesn't brush off your questions - takes the time to answer your questions. If he is unsure he never hesitates to run tests or refer you to a specialist. He one of the better ones.

:) Click to report rating    12/6/06 5 5 Dr. Gable was my family doctor for a long time when he was in private practice. I highly recommend him, very kind person, listens, knowledgeable, even phoned me at work one time to urge me to quit smoking (I eventually listened!).

:) Click to report rating    12/6/06 4 5 He is a positive, kind person. He is clear in explaining things to patients and pays attention to details. He does not hesitate to provide you with medication if he thinks they are needed and if he gives you an order for antibiotics he'll also take a swab to be sure they are needed usually. Great doctor, too bad he only works in clinics.
