Dr Shirley Wong is an average physician at best. She has kept patients waiting for up to hours on end. Recently, a child relative was brought to her office to have her look at his accidental stabbing - a pencil tip embedded in his chest - but she wouldn't take even a minute to look at him because she was busy.
