Dr. Jardula has a good heart. You couldn't ask for a nicer guy but I'm not sure he entered the business for the right reasons. Doesn't approach practice holistically at all. He just doesn't seem engaged. His approach to medicine seems to be give the patient whatever he wants. You don't walk away with the sense that you have a partner that is vested in your health. He is also never available unless you have an appointment. He is very quick to prescript medicines and his medical assistants are very unresponsive when you compliant with problems with medications. It can take several weeks to get respond from him even when you have severe reactions. They are either over committed or understaffed. Not sure which. But the net results is the same. Lots of promises to get back with you or have the doctor call and lots of answering machines. Human connection and genuine concern are the missing ingredients throughout this practice.

Prescribed to meds not to be taken together. Pharmacist told me. One med I am not supposed to take. Totally missed lab results showing parasites, not letter, nothing. I called staff and they refused to have him review the results. Had to change doctors to get treated. Choose this one if you want to suffer and die.

Is more interested in billing you than helping. He missed a tumor found 3 months later and missed diagnosed my lung infection as allergies! He likes to push pills from the big pharmaceutical corporations that you probably don't need or could pay lots less money on generic. He also orders lots of unnecessary lab work. Then watch what they charge for that. Shop around for a better doctor you won't be sorry like us.
