I agree with the first two raters on here, although I have moved away from Philly. When I saw Dr. Liaw he was very helpful and comprehensive. He did not rush at all and was thorough in asking questions. The staff was so-so but again it has been a few years since I was there last.

Dr. Liaw is a wonderful and caring doctor, and a nice person, as well. He takes his time and never rushes. He cares as much about my emotional and mental state, as well as physical. The office staff sucks, they don't greet you and they are never pleasant or friendly. They are busy, but it is possible to be busy with a smile.

Dr. Liaw is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. He genuinely takes an interest in a patient's problems and offers several causes and solutions. The only negative is getting past the rudeness of the staff that work in the office. They are often very rude and unhelpful.
