:) Click to report rating    3/10/10 5 4 5 Dr. Weary is amazing! All of the reviews saying that they were "uncomfortable" or felt like he was interested - are mistaking his incredible bedside manner and genuine kindness for something else. They missed out. Dr. Weary was my doctor through 3 pregnancies and deliveries and he was present at every birth. He is very personable and actually cares. This is rare! One pregnancy was had some complications and he took time with us to explain all of our options and really gave us so much peace of mind. Do yourself and your child a favor and go to Dr. Weary.

:) Click to report rating    8/27/09 5 5 5 Dr Weary is an amazing doctor. He helped me with the start of my pregnancy and helped me through it when I lost the baby. He counseled me and got me into surgery for D&C within 24 hours and made me a priority. He is professional and the most caring doctor I have met yet.

:) Click to report rating    4/4/09 3 3 5 It was 9 years ago that I was afraid to see a mail OB doctor. I Started my pregnancy with a woman at a different office. I was not pleased with her after 2 visits. I was recomended to Academy Womans office and took first avail appt they had which was Dr. Weary. He was the best from day 1. I always felt so at ease and in good hands with him. In my eyes, he treats you as a friend and not another patient coming and going. I came down with severe Preeclampsia and my son was delivered by another Dr. My INS changed and I saw another doc For about 6 yrs. I got preg with baby #2 in 2006 and was lucky enough to now have INS where I could go back to Dr. Weary! Yeah. Again he was just as nice as he was 6 yrs prior. Because of the delivery timing, the oncall doc (I think her name was dr. Cassidy) delivered my second 11 week early baby. I didn't like her!! Rude! Here I am today 2 years later and now 23 weeks preg with baby #3. I again am seeing Dr. Weary and have been very happy as I was before.

:) Click to report rating    3/26/09 5 5 5 Dr. Weary was an awsome dr to go to I had been from the Airforce Acadamy to FT Carson and no one could help me, or stop the frustration I had with overian cyst.... he tried different approches till we found what worked for me.,he was very respectful to my (at the time) husband also. If ppl got a weird feeling from him (or any other Docter) they should have changed their dr. not talk about being checked by the dr. apperently it was a bad enough feeling to post public but not bad enough to change the Dr.

:| Click to report rating    2/18/09 3 3 3 I was recommended Dr. Weary by a friend so I expected nothing but the best. Like another rating on this page, I too felt uncomfortable around him. I too know that he is married with 4 children but I also felt a really weird, uncomfortable feeling that made me not want to go back again. He didn't do anything in particular to make me feel taht way except that he just seemed to stare at me funny, almost like he was looking me up and down. I will not go back. I feel I have to trust my instincts.

:) Click to report rating    2/5/09 3 5 5 I read some of these reviews and thought maybe I had made a mistake in seeing Dr. Weary, but I was wrong. He is the BEST doctor. He always took time to talk with me and was very understanding and helpful during a very hard time in my life. He is a really great doctor.

:) Click to report rating    7/10/08 4 1 4 That pretty much says it all - he is episiotomy happy and 3 out of 4 of my girlfriends delivered by him within a 2 month span had episiotomies...coincidence??? probably not.

:) Click to report rating    5/10/08 5 5 5 He is an excellent doctor. I went to him when I suspected I had endometriosis and after already having seen 2 other dr.'s who had only left me frustrated, he was the first dr. to offer some encouragement and hope. He was very thourough and professional and very clearly helped me understand what all of my options were. I ended up having surgery and have been to see him several times for continued treatment. With every interaction I've had with him he has been pleasant and helpful.

:| Click to report rating    11/12/07 3 2 2 I just had my first child, and Dr. Weary was my doctor. He came highly recommended so I was very disappointed by my experience. He was always late for my appointments, and he wouldn't take the time to go over my birth plan. Not that it mattered, because he didn't make it to the hospital in time to deliver my baby.

:| Click to report rating    3/22/07 1 2 Dr. Weary didn't make it to the hospital, even though the baby was induced. A resident delivered him. I've had three children and it was the most painful & fastest birth. I left the hospital feeling like I should've gone out in a field and had the baby. I clearly wasn't a priority.

:( Click to report rating    11/27/06 1 2 Dr. Weary was the worst doctor I've ever had. I know doctors are busy, but he was 55 mins late and then spent 10 mins with me. He zipped through the exam, told me to talk to the nurse with my questions, and made an inappropriate joke about "down there." Not recommended.

:( Click to report rating    11/27/06 1 1 Dr. Weary seemed very unprofessional. His examination was much more painful than exams I have had in the past, and he did not seem concerned about the questions I had. I know he is married, but I got the impression he was interested in me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I would never go there again, and I have let my female friends and relatives know.
