Very mediocre doctor, and it is all business with her. She has been charging a "storage fee" for basic injections even these are covered by OHIP. Before she was selling snacks in her waiting room, and was trying to to sell advertising space on her monitor where she is advertising botox and paid vaccines. This "family health team" is a joke sine she cannot retain any other doctors in this practice. Under family team agreement she is paid per patient for the whole year for providing ongoing care. She only allows walk ins twice a week for two hours; otherwise making appointments is impossible since nobody picks up the phone or returns any messages. Receptionist is rude and disorganized, and Dr Cytowski seems totally disinterested in seeing her patients. Time for change.

You are going on a website that is supposed to be dedicated to rating your doctor and are attacking a person’s character. Let me explain something. When you walk into the office and you pass your health card over that is Kristen doing her job when she tells you to please take a seat the doctor will be with you shortly that is Kristen doing her job. After that she really has nothing else that she needs to do for you unless you want to be entertained well you wait. As for the waiting you people complain and whine but I bet you go well over the fifteen minute time because I've probably had to wait for you. If you have a problem with the way you are being treated don't be afraid and hide behind your computers go and tell I dare you to be as insensitive as you are on this web page in public. Kristen is a kind hearted woman that gives her all every day and doesn't deserve your messages of hate! Leave the staff alone you rude, uncaring wastes of space and time!

I had very bad experiences with this doctor, and particularly with her office, and to be precise with the incompetent, rude and insensitive receptionist Kristen. Has similar situation as previous patient - had abnormal results on an important test, and the office never called me back. At a later tlme I got a call that I missed the appointment for the repeated tests, which was apparently faxed to doctor's office, except the incompetent receptionist never followed up on that! When I brought it up, dr Cytowski tried to cover the whole incident up. I did not hear a single word of apology from this office. And yes, I agree, nobody ever picks up the phone, so making appointments is impossible, and I also saw the receptionist with headphones on more then once, during work hours - obviously she can't hear that someone sick is calling. Since they switched to this "family group" model, dr Cytowski is paid yearly per patient by default so they don't care. I left for a better clinic.

I have had the honor of being a patient of Dr. Cytowski for several years. I am shocked at some of these posts as they seem more like personal attacks against staff. I know for a fact that the staff is 100% professional and go's above and beyond the normal daily routines. Staff is kind warm and very helpful to all patients well they are waiting for their turn with the doctor and I know several other people that would agree with me. Kirsten (the actually spelling of the name) is always busy making sure that Dr. Cytowski is fully prepared and ready well ahead of the patient’s appointment so she can focus on the real issues at hand. Anyone that has ever given Kirsten and Dr. Cytowski a real review as I see some of these posts actually are our grateful and happy to know them and have them as both as friends and professionals. In my opinion you will never find a better team that work so well side by side and for all those on here who are haters are just upset you had to wait! :)

I had my PAP test in SEP. I went back to the clinic as I had developed bronchitis in DEC. Then the receptionist told me the result of the PAP showed abnormality and I should have a further test at hospital. I was surprised that she did not call me for 4 months. The doctor told me her staff, Christen, would schedule the test and call me. Now it is FEB. I am still waiting for her call. As she never returns my call. I went back to the clinic to ask what's going on. Christen told me she sent a fax to Credit Valley Hospital but they are fully booked for the test. I called Credit Valley Hospital and I was told I can come the next week if I have a referral from my GP. It seems both Dr.Cytowski & her staff are disorganized. Do not trust them. Time for a change.

The clinic used to have 4 doctors and 3 receptionists. Now only 1 doc and 1 receptionist. They are not functioning at all. The doctor is ok but the receptionist, Christina, is very rude and unhappy person. Never says hello to me. If you leave a message, she would never call you back. To make an appointment, I have to drive there and make an appointment in person. I even sent a fax to ask her to call me back. Their fax machine was off line. They will not get any test results from the lab if it was sent by fax. I have been with Dr. Cytowski last 2 years. The receptionist called me back only once. She always forgets to arrange any test which has to be booked through the family doctor. If you wait, you will never get a chance to go to the hospital for the test. While she is at the reception, she put iPod and never answers the phone. She talks a lot with her friends. She often stands outside for cigarette. She barely works. Once she lost my health card. Later she founds it in her pocket.

I have been a patient for 7 years now and am throughly pleased with Dr Cytowski as a professional. She can be cool in nature but that is fine as it is a business relationship. Conversely, her staff are rude, unprofessional and disinterested. I wait on average 1.25-1.5 hours to see the doctor even though I have booked appointments far in advance. The receptionist talks on the phone continually on personal calls ingoring patients as they enter/wait. I wait in the waiting room and patients who arrive much later are routinely brought ino see the Dr. first with no explaination. The receptionist treats patients as though they are a nuisance and this has made me seriously contemplate leaving the practice. The receptionist never answers the phone so you always have to wait at least 24 hours for a returned call. It's high time that Doctors start respecting patients and their time since we are just as busy as others and deserve much better treatment. I hope these comments are reviewed by staff.

I've been with her for 12 to 14 years, I travel a hour and a half by bus one way to see her. She is always plesent, helpful and I trust her with my life. Sometimes punctuality is a little off, but it is in every doctor office. Cristen is always plesent and makes me laugh. It is a little hard sometimes to phone in for an appointment but im guessing thats because their so busy because shes such a great doctor. I agree that when she's off im not big on seeing other doctors but thats My prefrence because I trust Dr. Cytowski so much, and dont like seeing doctors anywhere else.

She is a phenomonal doctor who is smart, punctual and an overall great person! And her son is the sweetest little guy ever! I would reccomend Dr. Cytowski to anyone!

Dr Cytowski is a very unpleaseant person and her staff is the same. No one knows what is going on and they are rude. The Dr doens't care about the real problems people have, only to bank on the number of times she see people. I would never send anyone to her.
