:( Click to report rating    1/13/10 5 1 2 This was easily the worst docotr with the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I was in my late teens when I visited her and she "diagnosed" me with 2 different STDs. Then she proceeded to lecture me on my "promiscuous" ways, , brought religion into it by asking me if I believed in God and if that could change my "ways", asked me if I had any plans for children in future because I was ruining them, etc. I was only 19 and I was not as promiscuous as she was making me feel like. I ended up leaving the office in tears. In the end I found out that I in fact did not have either of the things she diagnosed me with so I went through all of that emotional stress for nothing. I was a young girl already nervous about going to the doctor for that and she has only made me feel more uncomfortable about future visits.

:) Click to report rating    11/10/09 5 3 5 Very knowledgeable. I always feel like she gives me info in a straight forward manner, not beating around the bush. Usual wait, but there is a wait time in any doctors office...that is due to patients taking up their time, and if they didn't give their time to those patients who need it i'd be more concerned. Great friendly staff at this office too. Highly recommend Dr Jacobs and this office.

:) Click to report rating    9/16/08 4 4 4 I love the longer hours at this facility - really helps for working schedules. Dr. Jacobs has proven to be very knowledgeable. I find it refreshing to have a matter of fact doctor who doesn't mince words. She might not be a fluffy bunny doctor, but I'm confident that she'll tell me what I need to know to make the best decision about my health.

:( Click to report rating    8/8/08 2 2 1 The nurse practitioners are excellent. Very knowledgable, helpful and really listen to you. However, when I had to meet with Dr. Jacobs, she was unemotional, didn't listen to my needs and has a terrible bedside manner. Seemed to question my symptoms and required tests to prove that they were real, which they were, completely unnecessary use of my time. I am changing my whole family to a new clinic.

:( Click to report rating    2/14/08 2 1 1 Doesn't listen to patient, gave rediculous suggestions to 'bandaid' the problem I was seeing her for. Wrote rude things in my chart about me after I did not agree with her. (Guess she didnt think i'd see them!)

:| Click to report rating    2/26/07 3 3 The downfall about this office is that when you have an appointment for example at 9:00 AM, you usually do not even get in until 10:00 or later. It is just rediculous. It is if you time is not as valuable as the doctors.

They are very sweet and knowledgable and even though they can't remember my face by my name, I can't fault them for that. They take such good care of me I rarely get sick and when I do they have evening and weekend hours to accomodate. They are never grumpy or grouchy when I get squeezed into their VERY busy schedule.

:( Click to report rating    11/9/06 1 1 I have recently left this Dr. and this is why- Prescribed medication that has since been questioned and may be recalled by FDA, when I questioned the side affects that I was suffering I was told they would go away in 6-12 months and that I would have to deal with it till then, sorry but I shouldn't have to suffer on BIRTH CONTROL! Asked more than twice to switch medications and was advised against it and was refused. Finally made appt with another dr. in same office who made the switch. Any appointment I've had to wait at least 30min longer than scheduled time, sometimes at least that long in the exam room! Somewhat cold, not much emotion or sense of compassion. Also left medical instrument inside my body after routine procedure that caused an infection. The other docs in office seem great but I wouldn't reccomend this one.
