Dr Jean est très respectueuse des patients;prend le temps de les écouter: consulte facilement quand il y a un doute sur le diagnostic;Ne jamais oublier que les médecin sont humain et parfois les problemes peuvent affecter temporairement leur humeur;Ca ne fait pas pour autant que le médecin reste compétent!! Laches-pas Renée tu es un très bon médecin.....

Dr. Jean is a good doctor, but as for her paper work, she is the pits. I have been waiting for my papers since December and still nothing. I have insurance money coming to me, but she is in no hurry to fill it out. She just does not care about these things. She does not take the responsibility she has as a treating physician to fill out these forms. She closed her office and basically washed her hands of every responsibility left over. This is very frustrating. To take a vacation while she still A LOT of paper work to do is just insulting. I have nothing against her as a physician as she is one of the best, but my frustration is just getting the best of me.

no notice when closing her practice.....WHAT!!!!! look, I believe people should follow their dreams, but not at the expense of others. When a person becomes a doctor,they're responsible for a lot of people. To just abandon all those you pretended to care about is the lowest of low.You left many of us with documents that needed to be filled out, third parties that need to be dealt with and medical information that is much needed from you. Your, once cheerful demeaner, changed to apathy, you started to complain to me that you disliked many of your patients and that even my file was too complicated. I used to think highly of Dr. Jean, and now I feel nothing but resentment. I think her license should be investicated.

Dr Jean is a great doctor she does not deserve the negative comments that were put about her, she has decided to take another path in her life and people need to respect that. She will be truly missed by our family, doctors like Dr Jean are very hard to find. I wish her the best with her future plans:) Francoeur Family

I am rating Dr Jeans office based on the service I've had in the last couple months. Dr Jean is an amazing Dr and I wish her all the best in her new job at the hospital. I also agree with the last 2 comments. I am however very disappointed with Dr Jeans staff (and to be clear this has nothing to do with Dr Jean) I was referred to see a private clinic in late Jan which typically takes 2-3 days to call patients once they get the referral. I called Dr Jeans office 3 weeks after to see if I’d been referred. Marcia told me “no” however assured me that she’d look for my file and make sure I was referred. It is now late March and I still haven’t heard from the clinic. I have no way of contacting Dr Jeans office as they don’t answer the phone. To be fair, closing means they are loosing their job and I’m sure they didn’t get a 101 course on how to close an office. I can appreciate how difficult this must be for them however I hope they can appreciate how patients are feeling at this moment!

I just learned today that Dre Jean will be closing her practice. I am so disappointed. She will be sorely missed. But like the last comment, She must have her reasons for doing what she does, and I also wish her all the best. Rachel L.

Dr. Jean is one of the best. Unfortunately, she will be leaving her practice and i know some are frustrated and confused as to why. I don't think she deserves these last few comments at all. If you don't know the reason behind it, leave it alone. We all have to make difficult decisions in our lives whether we want to or not, and I am sure this was not easy for her. I give her all my support and wish her the best in her future projects. Good luck!!! Nicole M. :)

Really disapointed, never got a call about her closing her office,,,,great doctor but so hard to see. The secretary lets not even go there worst service ever, would never call back, her solution was always go to the emergency room, isnt this why we have a family doctor to avoid waiting at the hospital 8 hours???? Again really disapointed in not getting any notice its not easy to find a familly doctor!

Never answers phone, never returns phone calls. Just closed her practice without warning or explanation. She had an obligation to her patients and she let them down. I just hope she gets what she deserves.

I found her very nice but not reliable at all. She almost always cancelled appointement. The secretary would say she would call me again for another date but never did. I had to call again. They wouldn`t answer the phones on Wednesday`s, I find that very foolish. Above all she closed her practice without warning,...their will be alot of frustred patients.

Dre Jean est tellement efficace et gentille, elle prend le temps d'écouter et est très compréhensive. Si elle n'est pas sûre elle n'hésite pas à consulter un(e) collègue ou bien référer à un(e) spécialiste. Toujours souriante et très encourageante, va bien plus loin et fait bien plus d'efforts pour aider ses patients que la majorité des médecins que j'ai eus dans ma vie. She's a 'Godsend'. Les mots ne peuvent décrire combien je suis soulagée et heureuse de l'avoir comme médecin de famille. Elle a tout fait en son pouvoir et continue de le faire pour mon bien-être. On peut dire que pour elle ça semble plus être une vocation qu'un 'travail'. Marcia et Marie-Thérèse sont également extrêmement 'helpful' et gentilles. Merci infiniment. Rachel L.

Dre. Jean est extraordinaire! Je ne sais quel autre mot dire pour la décrire, car nul ne semble assez bien pour exprimer mon sentiment! Je l'adore, c'est une perle rare! Elle prend le temps de t'écouter, elle veut t'aider du mieux qu'elle peut. Chaque fois que je sors de son bureau, je suis ressourcé d'une force inexplicable! ....... MERCI Dre Jean d'être là pour moi!!!........ Une autre petite note pour ne pas oublier sa merveilleuse secrétaire/réceptionniste Marcia qui est elle aussi un ange! :)

We moved to Moncton 4 years ago and was blessed to be able to get such a dedicated DR....Had health problems for years when I was living in another part of this province and nothing was getting done...always the same tests taken, etc...Dr. Jean goes to the source by sending us to specialists if she thinks needed....She listens and gives us the chance to respond to questions; that means a lot to a patient...a little effort to be more organized at the front desk....BRAVO DR. Jean, you're putting a lot of sunshine in some patients lives...

Dr Jean is the best doctor I've ever had. She is caring and takes the time to listen to you. She helped my husband when no body wanted to. He was diagnosed with dementia. and his doctor did nothing aboutit. thank you Dr Jean .Keep up the good work

Dre Jean est super et va souvent au-dela de ses taches. Elle prend vraiment le temps d'ecouter et questionne beaucoup pour s'assurer d'avoir une bonne idee du probleme. Elle est toujours disponible rapidement. Beaucoup, beaucoup de caring. Elle s'assure que la personne est ok avec le traitement choisit et repond a toutes les questions posees. Elle a prit le temps de venir nous voir a l urgence lorsque mon mari a eu des problemes avec son coeur meme si sa journee etait terminee. Very dedicated!

I have nothing negative to say about Dre Jean. She picked me up when I was down which I didn't think was ever going to happen. She got me the help I needed and help be become more alert to my health. Any time I need to see her, they will have an appointment scheduled that is easy for me to attend around my work schedule. My hat goes of to her.! Thanks for everything!

Went to Dr George Dumont Hospital after being mis-diagnosed (or, more appropriatly, not diagnosed) by staff at the moncton hospital. She correctly, and quickly, diagnosed the problem as being a pinched nerve. I was able to get treatment through my favorite, and very knowledgeable, chiropractor, Dr Kate Randall and am now walking fine.

Awesome doc...very human. Her attending manner is one of dedication to her patients. She takes the time to listen and treats the "whole" person, not just the symptoms. If she does not know the answer she is quick to make sure she sends you to someone who does. She presents herself as very knowledgeable, caring and devoted to her patient. I feel truly blessed to have her for myself and my family.

la Dre Jean n'a pas confiance en son nez, elle demande beaucoup de tests et nous revoit quelques semaines plus tard, 2 visites, 2 cheques. C'est une docteure a argent pas pour le bien de ses patients. Le plus triste c'est qu'elle n'est pas la seule dans ce cas.

I would have appreciated a phone call from Dr. Renee. I had so many questions about my husband's condition in the hospital. She did prescribed the correct medication (3 times a day as needed) if only the nurses would have given it to him. They gave it to him once during the course of one week. I had to take matters into my own hands the day I took him home.

Dr Jean is excellent! She cares for her patients and goes over and above. She takes the time to listen and ensures hospital tests are done promptly. The only feedback I would give is the communication between patients and the front office. I sometimes didn’t get results or missed appointments at the hospital since I wasn’t advised of the date and time. The staff is however exceptionally personable and I wouldn’t change a thing other then getting her (front office) some help :) Thank you!!
