Dr. Clarence has been my doctor since my mother was pregnant with me (over 23 years). LOVE HIM LOVE HIM LOVE HIM! He is a great doctor, really knows his stuff, and actually really cares about his patients. Their whole practice is great, Vienna is very good as well, and their whole place is run very well. Also, my parents liked them so much that they named me after Vienna :)

Dr. Fernandes delivered me 29 years ago, has delivered my first child 2 years ago, and will deliver my 2nd child in May 2009. He is the most amazing man - caring, compassionate - and as a few other people have said, he truly makes you feel like you are his most important patient. He tells stories about me to my wife, when I was a kid, talks about our family (and its not a small one) with detailed accuracy, and talks about your medical history with you - without even the slightest glance at his chart... he just KNOWS you. I am truly privileged to have my growing family be under the care of this wonderful human being.

Love him Love him he is the best doctor in the whole world. he and his nurse are the best going and even though i moved away i still call him for help or questions and he will call back and answer them for me and takes the time to see how i'm doing and my boys are doing he delivered my first son and he was so happy for me when i finally had him. when i finally got my son to hold after a few days I wouldn't eat because my son was crying and he came in took my son said eat and I'll be back when you are done, he walked him up and down the hall took him to see the nurses. he is such a caring loving doctor you don't see that anymore and i miss him lots.

Clarence has been my doctor for 31 years and he is, bar none, the most caring, compassionate doctor in the world. Always willing to listen and is very non-judgmental. If he thinks something is beyond his expertise, he doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist. I am honoured to be his patient.

Dr F is an incredible doctor. He could write the book on how to be the best doctor from personality and bedside manner to knowledge. He is amazing. He delivered my first baby when I was only 19. I was scared but he reassured me, made me feel comfortable and supported me at all times. He gave me excellent advice, supported all of my wishes, never rushed through an appointment, was very thorough both pre and post partum. He gave me advice when my first was born that recently helped saved the life of my third baby. He told me "As a mother you know best, never let a doctor tell you there is nothing wrong with your child if you feel there is...keep going back, get other opinions. After five times being sent home from Nanaimo hospital with my 9 month old with undiagnosed pneumonia, I went back again and my baby had to be hospitalized but is now healthy again. If I hadn't had faith in myself as a mom, I may have listened to the doctors here and my baby could have died.

Dr. Fernandes is an amazing doctor. He recently delivered my third baby. I am a maternity nurse and have had the pleasure of working with him, so I knew just how wonderful he is toward his patients. But, actually being his patient is wonderful. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has, as he really spends time with you and listens to you. He even came into the office on the weekends, (when the office was closed) just to see me the last couple of weeks of my pregnancy. I don't know of any other doctors who do this for their patients. He truly is the best. Vienna is also so kind and warm. They are a wonderful couple. When I was having my baby he was there for the entire labor and delivery. I know he does this for all his patients. He truly was made to be a doctor and all his patients are blessed to have him care for them.

Best doctor ever. Takes forever but thats because if you need to spend 2 hours with him, he'll spend 2 hours with you. I have seen over 10 doctors in my short 22 years and he is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He is so compassionate. HE ACTUALLY CARES!! Unlike a lot of other doctors. He is amazing. I thank god for him.

I first was referred to Dr. Fernandas when I met my wife. I have seen other Dr's who either did not care or just wanted billing. Dr Fernandas cared ,and now I am in good health. He has deliverd our 3rd girl and you could not ask for a better compassionate person. Vienna has the caring mother attitude and always answers questions or finds out the answer. We Live in Chilliwack and drive an hour to see the best Dr. in the province second to none. Ridge Meadows hospital should be honoured to have this distingused man take care of the1r patients. and we should not forget Suzi....she is always freindly and Iam sure with out her the office woiuld be ina shambles.

Dr.Fernandes has been my doctor, even before I can remember(I'm 33 now).He always takes the time to hear about what ails you. You never feel rushed. He will always fit you into his schedule. And both him and Vienna are very kind and caring people. They are like family. Thank-you

Dr.Clarence Fernandes is a very caring and dedicated Dr. Always has a nice smile and makes you feel good even when you have problems. I am grateful to have him as my family Dr. for over 15 years. He took over when Dr. Bruce Pitt- Payne retired. They shared office space.

Dr. Fernandes and Vienna are wonderful people. They are kind and caring. He delivered my two children and was there for the entire time, had a nap in the other room while we were waiting, but he never left. Dr Fernandes and Vienna have been my family Dr for 23+ years he has delivered my nieces and nephews and been with us when one niece passed away he was there at the funeral, he was there recently when my mom passed, I have met his kids and BTW they are all Dr's in training. Dr Fernandes is the best Dr around he has a kind, loving and reassuring touch and a BIG heart, my daughter was scared of male Dr's but in the end with his trusting confidence she was able to trust him, he is not quick to dismiss you even though he has a waiting room full , and even when he is sick you can count on him. Dr Fernandes from the Hagens Family , we love you dearly

My whole life has been monitered by Dr. Fernandes..I don't know what I'll do when he retires..maybe he has a son or someone with his his bloodline who can take over? :) He is the absolute best!!

Clarence and Vienna are about as good as it can ever be. A lovely man, incredibly caring. His patients are treated like family. He has been my family doctor for 5 generations. I don't know what I will do when he retires. He cares so much, I wonder that he doesn't burn out.

Dr Fernandes has been our family doctor for 11 years. Our family has been through mostly bad times and he has been the best doctor I have ever had. A very kind, caring, compasionate man who will be greatly missed and irriplaceable if he ever retires!!!!! Love him to peaces.
