:) Click to report rating    11/20/09 4 4 3 4  We have gone to Dr. Burrell for years and been very happy. There is a new business manager. Billings and insurance submittals are atrocious. We have decided to go to another dentist after two frustrating experiences.

:) Click to report rating    4/6/09 5 5 4 3  The billing dept needs an overhaul on several occasions did not rebill on one occasikon I had to pay when insurance should have covered due to there not billing correctly. Very disappointged in this part of it.
