Dr.Earle is a kind doctor she listens to what you have to say. Even after 4 month of waiting for my insurance to clear a test i needed. I went into the office and they had my order still waiting for me and Dr.Earle even took time to come out to the waiting room to speak to me about my options on my condition. I just walked in I had no appoinment and they acted as if it was no big deal. I've never seen that done by any doctor. She seems to care thats what matters.

She is supposed to be my "primary" care doctor but knows very little to help CARE for me with my history. I've gone to specialists but the RIDICULOUS medical group makes me get referals from Dr. Earle. Recent referal prolems: One sat on her desk for 2 weeks before it was sent to medical group for final authorization, then was denied the day before a medical procedure was to be done. Had to start whole process over again (included coming off long term meds to go on expensive short term med for surgery) at a cost of $135 due to their negligence. Another referal was declined by Dr. Earle until I paid a copay to see her to tell her why I felt the need to see the specialist. Dr. Earle cared nothing about my obvious problem until another doc discovered what Earle already knew about but never acted on (she didn't feel it was critical). I'm on diff meds now from the other doc and MANY things are healing that I've suffered with for years, all while under Earle's "care". Choice Med Grp sucks.

Dr Earle was insulting on the second visit after she could not diagnose from the symptom of extreme unusual hair loss ongoing for 2 years! She did extensive labs and told me everything was "normal" and that the symptom of extreme hair loss was normal because of my age. Being a hairdresser of many years, I told her I knew my hair loss was NOT normal under ANY circumstance. She seemed to become impatient and told me to "go out into my waiting room and show me 15 women YOUR AGE with a thick beautiful head of hair!" This was very hurtful and embarrassing to me so I asked her if I was just supposed to live with it and she said, "YES!" That was the experience I had with Charmaine Earle. No help, no diagnosis, no offer to refer me to an internist that COULD diagnose me and on top of all the disappointment, the insulting remarks were very hurtful to me.

Dr. Earle and her staff are both top notch in my book. My entire family goes to her and we're all pleased with the service and care we receive with her.

Front staff is very friendly. The doctor is NOT. She was not thorough with me or my family. My children and I waited in the exam room for 15 mins. then she came in just to leave to again to "clear up" my copay of $6. We waited another 15 mins. for that to be made clear. You have to pay ahead of time. No pay, no check up!

I left another dr who had a horrible people skills and was in my opinion unqualified to be the medical field. I just walked into Dr Earle's office and felt better immediatly just with the atmosphere. Dr Earle was incredibly knowledgable and I am so lucky I found her. I am very happy with her and her staff. Awesmome.

She is a wonderful doctor if you are the kind of person who wants to hear that everything from muscle pain to a runny nose is anxiety related.

Diagnosis brongatitis, prior, asked for cough syrup, recommended robitussin, visited again, prescribed steroid, coughing is painful didn't have strenghth to ask for like codein cough syrup that I requested before, over easter weekend sleepless nites, need to see the doctor again, because I still have a sore throat, hacking cough, no relief, I hope to take care of myself better now, because some doctors don't give you what intuitlively think you may need, cough syrup that worked could of been a start. I feel I could of at least got some rest while I was down for the count, her number is hard to get when it is misplaced forget it. Just keep looking for it, if you ask for a card they have to look for one too. Not happy, while under your care while sick!!!!!!!!
