I hate the office staff here. Well, just the woman who schedules appts. She called to remind me that I had 2 appts. for my son and I the next day. (I love that service!)What I don't love is that she required me to call her back to confirm an appointment that I myself had scheduled, instead of asking me to call her back only if I couldn't make it.(which is customary) When I didn't call her, because I just didn't have a moment to spare, she canceled my appts. I look at it this way, I made the appts., she has reminded me of the appts., if I can't make the appts., I will then call & cancel. The last time she called, she said if she didn't hear from me by 2:30 (an hour before the appts.) she would allow them to be filled. At that point I was angry & I didn't call, even though I could have at that point. Anyway, when I arrived she said she had filled both of the appts. IN AN HOURS TIME, TWO APPTS. FILLED? Right! Oh, I guess she showed me. Then I found another dentist. Our time is valuable too!
