:( Click to report rating    4/2/09 1 1 1 2  Over medicated a patient who suffered from plumonary edema with Sodium Chloride and with held the medication that draws the fluids out of the patients lungs, thereby, causing the patient to suffer a heart attack weakening their heart further and the patient ended up on a respirator in ICU.
