Vwery authoritatrian so you tend to fall in line but wait awhile, see another doctor and you will find she was wrong. She can also be rude and nasty if you question her. This is the practice that had the doctor Barry Lefkowit that was just convicted of molesting patients. They never took his name off anything on the net and won't answer questions about it. Nice staff but some very terrible ones too. She's too busy. It's all about her. Techs in lab and ultrasound are very mad at something and they are unbelievably rude, including to old people.||Respond|

I complained to the Dr. Mayo about her and the next thing I knew, I was told by a staff person to wait at the reception area to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager about my experience with the doctor's assistant. After listening, the manager said that its best for me to find another doctor. She then asked me to sign papers that basically stated the doctor's rights as well as the patient's. Why it had to come to this point makes me think they just don't want to change their ways and that its up to the patient to adjust to them otherwise they don't want you to remain their patient. I did not realize how cold and calculating a doctor's office.||Respond|

I was devastated when my former doctor stopped taking my insurance but am pleasantly surprised that I could like another doctor just as much. Her office staff is just as professional especially her nurse Katie. Katie always returns calls within hours even though voicemail says it can take 2 days. She is thoughtful and always willing to help with any situation or problem that may arise. Dr May and Katie are an excellent team!||Respond|
