My 80 year old mom and 82 yr old dad, who is on home hospice care, were kept waiting for 45 mins in waiting area. When mom expressed concern to Dr. Ruper about dad's discomfort and the fact that he is dying, Dr. Ruper replied with a flippant "well we're all going to die someday!" Wow. They will not be returning. Oh - and my dad had been seeing Dr. Ruper for decades. Really sad.

Very experienced and respected eye doctor. He's very nice and very knowledgeable. He's not the most gentle doctor, but he's worth it for his skills. The worst part about the visit is the waiting before getting called and the waiting before your eyes get dilated.
