Although the staff is friendly, when preparing the patient for therapy, the staff member talks about the other staffer. Both girls do it, not just one. Very unprofessional! Their billing department can not keep up with what has been paid and what has not. Always write a check for documentation! However, they still come back much later and say you received a treatment that you did not receive; and, of course, they expect you to pay for it - but, it is your word against theirs! When asked to get copies of my medical records, I was told I could not have them. I have never heard of this before. We have lived all over and I've always been able to get my records or have them transferred with a release form. This is not allowed thru Dr. Dehart's office. Both doctors are good; but,to me, your office staff and the way you run your business are as important as your service. Too much work and too much to keep up with!
