This doctor, Dr. Francisco Pabalan should be sanctioned. I had eye surgery and he caused me such severe eye damage I am legally blind. He never answered my calls and does not respond to my repeated requests to address the issue. I would never recommend this docotr to anyone. Do not see him. Also, he has an office in Riverside.
