Had Covid in 2021 and continued to experience horrible debilitating fatigue for months. He told me to "drink more coffee" and completely dismissed me. He was rude when I brought up what another doctor had advised, he ignored my dangerously high blood pressure readings, and he never went over any of my abnormal labs (including burst blood cells). I'm writing this now, years later, because I finally have a good doctor and have made great progress! Only now do I know without a doubt it wasn't me, it was him. Jeff made me feel unimportant, and my new doctor actually cares about me as a person. It's such a relief.

Don’t waste your time with him. Find someone who treats you as in individual and doesn’t decided- in one 15 minute chat session- that he knows what best for you and your previous doctor of 3+ years- and your own knowledge of your mental, physical and emotional health is all wrong . I was disrespected, ignored, and made to feel like a criminal.

Misdiagnosis. Failed to respond to urgent medical calls and attempted to schedule a test that would have resulted in death due to actual diagnosis (confirmed by real doctors).
