Her office staff is rude and obnoxious. I feel like I am repeating words from previous reviews, but they never return calls. Never give results on time. Nothing. On top of that, Dr. Gold makes you take unnecessary ultrasounds, pulmonary tests and other tests that are not needed. I feel scared of going to her, worrying that if I go for a simple viral infection, she is going to make me do 100 tests. I am going in tomorrow and asking for my file back and leaving her for good. Both me and my husband. STAY AWAY FROM HER AT ALL COSTS! Oh, by the way, as a bonus, STAFF EVEN YELLS AT YOU.

went in for medical problems do to dics problem and fybramyalgia. my legs gave out and i feel, i also have a numb spot on my spine. she didnt even check me out. she was more worry about refillen my meds 4 pain then she was about my medical problem. now im out of pain meds and have to go 10 days with out them..she doesnt want to help my problems, her staff is rude.

The staff was extrememly unhelpful for any questions or concerns i had. They would never call me back when they said they would. It took me a month just to get a hold of the dr to ask what vaccines I would need just to be told that I can't get them at her office. I have been in there around 5 times and she was ALWAYS at the very least 30 minutes late. So after waiting 45 minutes to get my physical she does not even look at me. Just fills out a form saying everything looks ok. Avoid this doctor at all costs! I had no choice because of insurance issues but if you have the choice avoid this scam artist!

Marina Gold is a total SCAM ARTIST. She talks you into unnecesary supplements. She gives you "special Russian cream" in an unmarked urine jar and tells you to put it on your skin for psoriasis or acne and that it works great. She also signs you up for ridiculous ultrasounds that do nothing. My husband had a kidney ultrasound that turned out to be nothing, and she scheduled an ultrasound for my liver for no reason! She also does "skin treatment" where I paid $140 for a lazer light to do nothing to my legs. STAY AWAY! Her office receptionists are crazy and always completely ditzy. We finally left and never went back.

I think this Doctor cares more about profit than quality patient care. She is not co-operative and doesnt listen to patients. We approached for something and we end up in somethings else without getting what we needed. Also she gives lots of medicines... Staffs are poor and doesnt even know how much copay to collect. we had a bad experience stay away !!!!!!

Dr. Gold, Tamara, Linda, and Kathleen are so very kind, knowledgeable and wonderful! They make you feel like you are special, tailor your needs, help you apply for financing and go above and beyond any doctor that I have ever been to. Never do you feel like a number; they treat everyone special, and always give you as much time as you need. They answer all your questions and explain everything in detail. I always feel great when I visit Dr. Gold; she is one of the kindest most wonderful doctors!!!!!

Orders unnecessary tests, is more concerned with cosmetic procedures and offers you "vitamins and supplements" to purchase from her. She is also VERY unprofessional and extremely rushed (once you say you're uninterested in her "supplements"). She continually interrupted me in mid-sentence. I found her staff to be rude and they never call with test results. RUN, DO NOT WALK away from this "physician."

Unprofessional. Twice asked me to wait while she ate lunch after I'd waited 1 1/2 hrs in waiting room. Will not refill scrips w/o seeing in person even if scrip is every month. Defensive and unfriendly.

Too much emphasis on Botox and not on major health issues. Vague medical reports, did not follow rules of insurance,recommended unwarranted costly tests, failure to provide refills in timely manner. Sells creams without documentation, helpful in beginning visits, health issues not improved as expected from prescribed medications.
