Dr Hordinsky is very knowledgeable about alopecia and scalp issues. During your appointment she will suggest every possible therapy, even ones not common, to help you. But once you leave the clinic, all help stops there. Any test results that come in will not be monitored. You never receive a call back telling you what to do or scheduling additional therapies that were mentioned during your appointment. If you send a note on MyChart, it goes unanswered (even weeks later). Calling to leave a message, the nurse never relays them to the doctor. I've called 4 times before I've even gotten a call back. The clinic needs to be better at patient responsiveness. What is the point of a good doctor if they never follow through with treatment after your foot steps out the door?

This is an outstanding and caring doctor. She went out of her way to help - ordered tests did two biopsies and explained everything when the results came back. Could not have asked for a better doctor. If you have alopecia, this is the doctor you want to see. End of story.
