1/18/12 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | Unbelievably incompetent office staff! They pick up the phone then hang up. Or they put you on hold for 15-20 minutes then hang up. Shockingly bad "service". Try getting a copy of your medical records! You won't be able to! All they do is put you on hold then hang up or pick up and hang up. I've been trying to reach them for over a month. | Respond |
