:( Click to report rating    1/20/10 3 3 2 2  Went 2-3 times with brain fog and dizziness. Sent me for a MRI, dignosed me with vertigo and gave me meds when and I was suffering from lack of vitamin b12. It took another Dr to dignose me and I have nerve damage from my deifiency.
