3/18/13 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I have never had a more comprehensive emergency room visit, or physician visit for that matter, ever. Dr. Wickett pulled up a chair, leaned back and listened to everything I had to say. When I had concerns beyond the purpose of my ER visit, he did not stop me at the "one concern only" rule. He listened, asked more questions, took a moment to think about it, and came up with an action plan for me. He encouraged me to be persistent with family doc and specialists about my symptoms and validated the fact that I did have reason to be concerned. I agree with the above respondent who said that he takes the 'mental' aspect into consideration as well. He was totally understanding and sympathetic of the fact that my health issues are having an impact on confidence/body image, etc. I wish he had a family practice!! He gives physicians their good name. | Respond |

7/4/12 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Wickett saw me at my worst. I came to ER with major anxiety attacks from drinking. He was so kind and very knowledgeable on the different things i should do. I walked in with my head hung low, and he totally lifted my spirits. What makes him a great doctor is how he focuses on the mental aspect as well as the physical. I wouldn't have received the help i needed if it weren't for him. | Respond |

6/9/12 | 4 | 4 | 5 | 5 | I have never had an ER physician treat myself or my son with such respect. Dr. Wickett listened to everything I had to say and took my concerns very seriously. He spoke to my son (age 12) on his level and developed a relationship with him right away. I never felt rushed or ignored which seems to be rare in an ER situation. Thank you Dr. Wickett for taking such a scary situation and making us feel more comfortable about it. Thank you for caring and thank you for listening. | Respond |
