Both my husband and I love Michelle, one of the RMT's. She too does a great job. Not only is the location very convenient for us, the staff welcome us with a warm greeting are always on time for our appointments. 4/19/13 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I absolutely love going to see Dr. Bruce and his whole office. His front desk staff are kind, sincere and very attentative. Dr. Bruce is the only chiropractor for me. I would never stray- as he is amazing. If I ever need "fixing" I go to him. He is gentle, kind, but also very strong. He makes you feel like you've been adjusted. Previous places I've been to- I dont feel any relief, or that any work has been done. I also appreciate Melissa- who is one of the massage therapists at the clinic. I will only go to her as she is the best at what she does. They both are great and run a great clinic. I travel from Kensington to Sundace Chiro- thats how good it is!! | Respond |

Dr Symons has relieved this pain and I am most thankful that I can go pain free for months on end. The hours at his clinic are very accomadating and I can get an appt for evenings and even got in on a long weekend. I have also had treatments/messages by the RMT's at this clinic and because of the theraputic deep tissue messages, it has helped me stay pain free even longer. He's great and has helped me with lower back pain, shoulder and neck stiffness and post car accident pain. Very professional and honest. You can say he always "cracks" me up. I go to this clinic for massages as well. Havent been anywhere else since my first visit. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Bruce and his staff. He seems to really care about my well being and takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. He showed me how I can prevent my joints from going out of place with exercises and stretches . I was fixed in two visits and come back monthly for a tune up. I tried two of the massage therapists there and they were very skilled also. The very capable receptionist helped match my issues with the correct therapist for me which saved me alot of time and money.

I was hesitant of visiting a "bone cracker", but after enough complaining to my wife she made an appointment for me and I found myself at his office. I was really impressed at how soon I was able to have some pain relief. Dr. Bruce's knowledge and ability to put me at ease, his staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I have had great improvement in my back and neck pain in just a few treatments. The staff are second to none, and if you need an appointment on short notice, they will do their best to get you in. I went to Dr.Bruce after 3 failed treatments from my previous chiropractor. During my first treatment and diagnosis i automatically noticed a difference in professionalism, attention to detail and treatment techniques. I was experiencing neck pain, and in one treatment, Dr.Bruce almost completely fixed the left side, and after the 3rd i felt remarkably better all around. The staff are friendly, helpful and set a great atmosphere.

7/18/12 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I was so impressed by Dr. Symons' knowledge, I had never seen him before as I don't live in Calgary, I told him my tale of pain and agony and right away he knew what was going on. I had just had a baby not long ago and because of a certain hormone my joints were loose making it easy for my back and hips to slip out of alignment. He had me mobile again in no time, much appreciated as I was in town only for a short time for a wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and I was able to get in on a moments notice. The cost was $75.00 for a first time visit and normally is $40.00 a visit. Thank you for the amazing care. | Respond |

I have been seeing Bruce for more than 3 years and he has seen me through a traffic accident as well monthly maintenance treatments. I have only positive comments to make on all the treatments that I have received. The remainder of his staff and therapists compliment Bruce's attitude and they combine to form the best practice I have encountered. Many thanks to Bruce and his staff.

Dr. Symons and all his staff at all level know exactly how to treat patient well in every way. The clinic is also very clean and cozy. Treatment with Dr. Symons are way more and better compare to other chiro or physio that I have seen before in the past 14 years.

I had been fighting some pretty bad back & leg pain for a while and after 2 months of physio wasn't getting anywhere. Dr Bruce Symons had me fixed within two visits and has been very helpful with all of my re-injuries and new injuries since then. Definitely recommend him!!

The first appointment with Dr. Bruce he made me feel very at ease as well i was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was with the issues i was having. Dr. Symons came highly recommended to me by another patient, after my Motor Vehicle Accident. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in terms of my injuries, treatments, and coordination of other specialties (Registered Massage Therapy) in his clinic. He consistently asks how things are doing, are symptoms worse or better, where specifically are the problem areas, and so on. I've been to too many chiropractors that have a set treatment every time regardless of the reason for the visit. Dr. Bruce is not like that at all. He is also very easy to talk to and ask questions. I have heard that he is the world's leading authority on neck adjustments. I believe this to be true because I have gone into an appointment with a very bad headache and after my adjustment my headache is gone. I have had adjustments for osteoarthritis in my back for nearly 2 years and he has relieved my pain considerably. We now do monthly maintenance to keep me pain free. I was amazed at the results when nothing else seemed to work.

Dr Bruce is a very thorough and caring Chiropractor. He listens and is concerned for your well-being. He is the first chiropractor that I had that didn't try to make me have a plan and tells me to listen to my body and come back when I need it. He is very ethical
