I warn you, DO NOT go to Dr Dell Smith for rhinoplasty! He caused me to have a deviated c- shaped septum,crooked uneven tip,and very uneven nostrils.I never had these problems before the surgery. I only had a small bump on one side of the bridge of my nose that I wanted removed. After being unsatisfied with the results, I had revision surgery. Smith tried to fix the problems he created, but that too made things worse, and my nose is more unproportionate then before. One profile of my nose is very different from the other profile. I am saddened that I endured the pain of the surgeries,spent all that money, and was VERY let down. Eventually, when I have enough money, I will have to go to another doctor to get this fixed. Mind you,a very good plastic surgeon in Boise said he would pass on doing my surgery and recommended that I go to a surgeon out of state! Wow, I wish I would have researched this beforehand. This is a serious surgery so be very choosy about who you let touch your nose.
Had a breast implant revision to make breasts smaller. He ****ed me. I have horrible scars, uneven breasts, uneven scared areolas, denting in one breast so bad that I am embarrassed to let anyone see me. This surgery Dr Smith said would make my breasts beautiful and perky has made my life terrible. I once had beautiful, even, scar free breasts, just too large for my liking, now they are deformed and scarred. He is an awful plastic surgeon. Do not use him
Had revision rhinoplasty 4/15/05 by Doctor Dell Smith, Center for Plastic Surgery, Twin Falls, Idaho. Results - infection, nerve damage, facial disfigurement, skin damage, scars (he put me to sleep and made incisions on each side of my nose without telling me he was going to do this),nose three years later blue, septum is deviated to the left and then to the right, cartilage caved in in my left nostril and still painful. HE DID NOT DO A BLOOD TEST BEFORE THE SURGERY. I have been to the best revisions specialists from the east to west coast and not one doctor is willing to try to fix my nose. They are concerned they might make the problem worse. Dr. Smith never once offered to pay me for my pain and suffering nor refund my money. I have sold my house and have to live off of the money as I don't think I can get a job looking the way that I do. Be very careful in Idaho as it is impossible to sue a doctor and the Board of Medicine will not help you if you have been hurt.
In 2005 I had a abdominalplasty with lipo and he did a great job.He always made me feel like he really cared about me.His staff at the time was amazing they even took me to the hotel next door and tucked me in to bed. It was a good experiance very painful but I would do it again.In fact I have referred 5 more women to the same procedure and are very satisfied as well.I am also going back for more minor procedures.
Dr. Smith did my breast reduction surgery in May 2005 and I am so pleased. My whole life it was a burden and finally my back doesn't ache all the time. I loved his staff. They were so friendly and helpful. I would never use another plastic surgeon.

His staff is unfriendly. I had two consultations with him prior to surgery to discuss exactly what I wanted done (rhinoplasty) but when I came out of surgery he had done the exact opposite of what we had discussed. I have been sick ever since the surgery with pain in my nose and my skin has broken out ever since unliess I take antibiotics. He has never said that anything is wrong and released me after six months.
