Jackson is knowledgable but her personality is akin to that of a dominatrix in a brillo pad bustier. If you are looking for sympathetic, go elsewhere! This doctor went as far as to snap the elastic on my underwear after having me bend over. I don't know if it was because she hated me or this is normal but everything about her made me think she was saying inside 'oh God, another patient with scleroderma, God save me'. Maybe it was a bad day but it didn't seem that way. I think she should have paid me to put up with her behavior - had I to do it again I would walk out mid-exam.
