It took 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment for anyone to even acknowledge my presence! The nurse/assistant was good, but the MD was not very helpful! To add insult to injury, they took my $35.00 copy PLUS $109 insurance, and then had the NERVE to claim I still owed them for the disallowed $5, via a very rude billing statement. I wouldn't even consider recommending this group to anyone!

All of my family goes to him, and our various reasons range widely -- from cataract surgery to colorblindness to general check-ups for myopia/astigmatism/bifocals, etc... We all continue to be his patients (for 20+ years) because of how thorough, knowledgeable and kind he is. Dr. Harrie is personable and not stuffy in the least, unlike some other eye doctors we had previously gone to. :) He is also excellent with children (from toddlers to teens!) | Respond |
