3/21/13 | 5 | 3 | 1 | 5 | We went to see Dr. Foulk for infertility issues. At first, he was very helpful & proceeded quickly with the preliminary testing. I had some ultra sounds & my husband had a semen analysis. After a surgery to remove a minor problem, we were ready to continue to the next step. We called the office to make our next appointment & were to told that the doctor would contact us. After several weeks, we called again. Again we were told that he'd call us. After 2 more months of no contact, I went to the office to make an appt. & to get the details of tests. I was told that the doctor would be given the message & would contact us for an appt. One month later we had heard nothing. We contacted the office again & were told that the doctor would contact us ASAP. At that point, it had been 4 months since we'd had any contact with this doctor. Our last attempt was over a year ago & we've been completely blown off. It was a very frustrating experience. We have since given up on this doctor. | Respond |

I had triplets on May 19th, even though its not what we are hoping for that is what we got and I am so happy with the end result... I went to Dr. Foulk's office for a donor insemination. My first try was without drugs - I got lucky! This clinic is fantastic. There was a few times when I was not clear on the game plan, so communication could be better. Staff is very friendly and nice. They are the best at what they do - if you want to get pregnant you should definitely come here.

It's rare these days to find an entire doctors office who will remember your name, genuinely care about what you are going thru, and try so hard to help you be successful. Dr Foulk is incredibly good at what he does, and has a great personality and sense of humor to boot. Anytime I have to call... sometimes it's even to freak out and be neurotic..... Missy is incredibly kind and calming and understanding. I have never been to a doctors office like this in my life, and I wish I could have them as my all the time doctors and not just my reproductive doctors.. I recommend them to ANYONE trying to have a baby. You will never be disappointed | Respond |

Dr Foulk has been amazing. Him and everyone in his office have been absolutely nothing but wonderful and caring. They are so patient with my fears and stress and do everything they can to accomodate me and my health issues. I have been told for 9 years I could not have a baby because of my severe endometriosis, but Dr Foulk was able to help me get pregnant! He's wonderful!!

Dr Foulk and his staff are so warm and genuinely interested in you the patient. We went through five rounds of IUI and one (finally)sucessful round of IVF. During it all Dr. Foulk and his staff were encouraging, understanding, and available to answer all of our questions and calm our concerns. I am so elated to have found such a quality care physician.

I love, love, love Dr. Foulk. He is polite, friendly, personable, and very, very smart. His staff is friendly and responsive. Phone calls are returned promptly and all questions thoroughly explained. Although he does fewer procedures than other Reproductive Endocrinologists, you will find his stats to be among the very best in the nation. You get top-notch medical care with a warm, personal touch. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Foulk is AWESOME! He diagnosed my pcos right away, even though my regular OB insisted that my hormone levels were normal. They were normal--for a MAN. He was very caring, explained everything thoroughly, and worked out a plan that will help me deal with pcos and become pregnant. It was such a relief to find a Dr. who didn't tell me it was all in my head!
