:( Click to report rating    4/8/08 2 1 2 2  Incompetent staff. Don't understand anything when you call them and calls unnecessarly to her office. So we get insurance bills for all the visits which are not even required and can be resolved on phone. Not very happy.

:| Click to report rating    10/18/07 2 2 2 4  Dr. Vakil does not like it when she is asked pertinent questions regarding a child's development and other needs. She can be sarcastic and dismissive. She thinks that everything she says is important so you are expected to listen to her as though she is a God. She will keep you waiting for ever. Her staff are not competent (they barely know how to measure a child's weight and height). If you leave a message with a question you can expect to call her office several times before you get an answer. I changed to another practice and I could not be happier.

:) Click to report rating    7/22/06 2 5 5  Dr. Vakil has always been very gentle with my daugther. I trust her and so does my daughter. She is a good doctor. She could just work on not having her patients wait too long for their scheduled appointment time.
