Dr Orris has a great bedside manner. He is patient and realistic and does not set false expectations. He is very knowledgeable and suggests the appropriate treatment options. We had no problems at his practice and on our way to have our first baby. We highly recommend him to other couples seeking IVF treatments.

Dr. Orris is by far the best and most compassionate doctors I have every come across. As for the person who said the US tech was not friendly, she is one of the biggest assets to this practice! She is awesome!! I always feel like this office takes the time to help me and make me feel as if I am the only one there when I have an appt.

Dr. Orris is absolutely the most compassionate and caring Dr I think I've ever had. He always had time to answer our questions no matter how wacky or mundane they were. We ahve been seeing Dr. Orris since 2006. I was 42 when we went through IVF this summer in 2009. He was completely honest and realistic about our chances. He helped us keep things in perspective and was realistic in his recommendations. I am now 20 weeks pregnant. Additionally, the staff at Bryn Mawr and the staff at West Chester were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. I never felt rushed and they are the only office I've ever known to actually call you with results on time, every time. I wish, wish, wish they could be there when we deliver because I trust them all.

I was extremely happy with Dr. orris. He was very personable and he made me feel at ease. I would and did recommend him to my friends. Dr. Orris was a God sent to my husband and I. In response to 07/10/09. If your not happy with yourself. You are not going to be happy with anyone else!!!

Dr. Orris was very exceptional in his level of care and compassion for our situation. He was very empathatic to our fertility challenges and never gave up hope that we would get pregnant. Also, the rest of the fertility staff was exceptional in their understanding of our situation. We never felt like just another number, we felt "special." Thankfully, we achieved a pregnancy after a year. Thank you Dr. Orris and the entire staff, it was a successful team effort.

Terrible, I would not go back there if he was the last Dr. on earth. Very unsympathetic to my miscarriage, only cared about their statistics and money, and treated like cattle. My IVF was a waste b/c I ovulated before they could harvest my eggs b/c they wanted to do it in a cattle like fashion. Horrible experience.

Dr. Orris treated us with medicine AND hope. After 2 miscarriages (one after another), we thought about giving up on our dream of having a child. Dr. Orris ran tests, was positive and optimistic, gave us information, and treated us aggressively and skillfully. With his help, we now have a healthy 14-month old daughter. A maternal fetal medicine doctor we saw (who is also a fertility doctor) after we left Dr. Orris informed us that he would not have done anything to help us after 2 miscarriages -- just told us to try again (something I would not have done for fear of having to endure another loss). That doctor reinforced for us how much compassion and skill Dr. Orris has to offer his help and to do so much to keep me pregnant AND to assuage my anxiety. I highly recommend this doctor! He and his staff will treat you with respect and will geniunely do all they can to help you.

Dr. Orris is so kind, compassionate and always there for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and shows his true passion for what he does everyday. I would highly recommend him to anyone, as he makes the patient feel comfortable during this difficult time in their lives. We are expecting our first child thanks to Dr. Orris. Dr. Orris was very patient and understanding. He was also excedingly helpful in answering all of your many questions without loosing patience. Even when we asked him to repeat himself. Dr. Orris was fantastically knowledgeable. After he saw where many of our questions were going he was able to anticipate our needs and provide information to calm our fears.

I cannot thank Dr. Orris (and staff) enough for helping me and my husband through a truly unexpected fertility crisis. I can only say that when other doctors blew me off because I was 26 years old or because I just ‘needed to relax to get pregnant’ Dr Orris stepped in with no prejudice and determined the cause of our infertility. Now, after an IVF cycle with ICSI, we are expecting twins and could not be happier! I feel blessed to have had Dr. Orris as my caregiver and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Orris and his entire staff. We were referred to the office several years ago by my ob/gyn after several pregnancy losses. Dr. Orris is extremely thorough and detail oriented as well as very current with research. Beyond this, his bedside manner is unmatched. He provided us with a great deal of hope at a time when we had very little. After having two beautiful daughters I am now pregnant again with our third child; my husband and I feel indebted to Dr. Orris for helping us build our family. Additionally, Dr. Orris' staff is tremendous. They are extremely compassionate, especially when we endured more miscarriages. We really sensed that they were rooting for our success and care deeply for each of their patients.

I am an African American woman and there were not any like faces in the office when I was there but I received the most friendly and courteous service. Dr. Orris put my husband and I at ease at the first consultation. I only did one round of IVF. The first transfer did not take but the second did. I am due Mar 2008

Dr. Orris is a fantastic doctor. He devised a specific plan for me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I was never nervous to go to an appointment because I knew that Dr. Orris or his staff would answer any questions I had. My insurance company doesnt pay for anything so Dr. Orris made sure not to do any tests or procedures before we knew for sure that they would work. The staff at the West Chester office was so pleasant and helpful every time I was there. I am due in February 08 and I am so sad to have "graduated" to my regular ob/gyn, I will miss Dr. Orris and his staff. I would recommend Dr. Orris to anyone, just like he was recommended to me!

DR. ORRIS GAVE ME HOPE WHEN I HAD ALMOST LOST IT. I WENT TO A SPECIALIST AT CROZER ...WHO WAS NOT VERY NICE WHEN IT CAME TO BEDSIDE MANNER AND THAT WAS JUST WITH TESTING! DR. ORRIS WAS PLEASANT , HONEST AND VERY CARING. IT HAS BEEN 7 YEARS OF WONDERING AND TRYING EVERYTHING ELSE. I WENT TO HIM IN OCT 06. MARCH 8, 2007 I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT.I AM NOW 15 WEEKS AND LOVING EVERY MIN OF IT. THANK YOU DR. ORRIS . I HAVE PCOS . THOUGHT THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN ...UNTIL I FOUND SUCH A WONDERFUL DOCTOR.

Dr. Orris had been a great Dr. We had our first child by in-vitro and are pregnant with our 2nd child from frozen embryos. I truly thought I was never going to have children and he was able to make my dream come true. I will be heading back to him after our 2nd child is born. So far 2 for 2 with Dr. Orris. He knows what he is doing and I am extremely confident in him.

We were under Dr. Orris's care for 5 months and my husband and I only have exceptional things to say about Dr. Orris and his practice staff (entire staff, especially) ultrasound tech). Everything was first class from making appointments, getting blood drawn, ultrasounds and then consultations. When you’re having trouble with conceiving it’s not always the happiest of times but Dr. Orris took the time to explain everything, thoroughly, to the both of us and answered ALL of our questions. As you would imagine we had tons of questions/concerns and he explained them to us in a way that we completely understood. We would not only recommend Dr. Orris, and his excellent staff, to our friends but also to our family.

Dr. Orris is a God Sent to Medicine! He is an extremely skilled physician w/ a wonderful bedside manner. Deciding to seek assistance from a fertility specialist is one of the toughest decisions a couple can make b/c it is one of those things that you just don't think will happen to you. After months of tears & frustration, we sought assistance from Dr. Orris and I feel we have never made a better decision. I quickly came to learn that Dr. Orris & his staff work especially hard following all patients closely to ensure tears of joy instead of tears of pain. My husband & I finally decided to seek IVF treatment. I was scared by the thought of this but we knew we would be in good hands & his team took the time to review the whole process, success rates, etc... Two weeks following the IVF transfer we learned we were finally pregnant and one week later learned that both embryos took and we are expecting twins in late October! Dr. Orris- we are so grateful for you! Thanks for all you do!

I was not aware that doctors like Dr. Orris existed! I have never met a more knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and patient doctor. He is always up to date on the latest studies, took as much time with me as I needed to make sure all of my questions were answered and was just as excited as my husband and I to hear that I was pregnant. Dr. Orris and his staff (especially at the West Chester office where I frequented) made my what should be grueling visits and procedures, actually pleasant. Words cannot accurately express how ecstatic I am to have found Dr. Orris.

Dr. John Orris is a Gift to Medicine and to the many patients he has treated and will treat. My Husband and I were sent to Dr. Orris by my OB/GYN in May. We felt very comfortable with Dr. Orris immediately. I am a RN and therefore have higher than normal expectations of Doctors. Dr. Orris met all of my expectations and actually has now created new expectations that I have concerning Doctors. Dr. Orris sat down with my Husband and I and explained our plan and gave us hope. We trusted him. We went through IVF after other treatments were not successful. The process of IVF is filled with anxiety, fear, uncertainity, and a sweet dream of having a baby. I look back and really the whole process was completely uneventful and I felt really good about it. When I met Dr. Orris he said that his goal was to help us achieve pregnancy by Christmas. My first IVF cycle was a success and our sweet baby is due in August. Our dream came true and I was 8 weeks pregnant on Christmas day!We love you Dr. O!!!

Dr Orris was always knowledgeable and probably one of the gentlest doctors out there. He worked with me to make sure the program was set for me (which did work) - not just a cookie cutter used for everyone. I would recommend him to anyone trying to conceive. His office staff was very punctual and helpful as well which made the visits pleasant!

Dr. Orris and his team are amazing! Compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. My husband and I began with the pills and IUIs and finished with shots and IVF. Dr. Orris and his team helped us through all steps including fears, anxiety and decreasing our unknowns. Our questions and prayers were answered when we met Dr. Orris and his team. If you are looking, call Dr. Orris. Their experience, knowledge and personalities helped my husband and I through to reach success with out first pregnancy.

Dr. Orris is, hands down, the best doctor that I have ever met. After attempting fertility drugs and IUIs, my husband and I decided to try IVF. Not only did Dr. Orris and his staff help educate us on all of our options, but they were also more compassionate and supportive than we could have ever asked for. We had mixed emotions when we were released by Dr. Orris to our regular OB/GYN. We were so happy that he helped us reach our dream, but very dissapointed that he could not be our OB/GYN. We now have our twin girls, and only look back with wonderful memories. Dr. Orris always made me feel comfortable, he supported our thoughts and fears, answered all of our questions, and treated us with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Dr. Orris and his staff!

As a psychologiist, I am especially sensetive to how important a supportive and warm environment is to make a patient feel comfortable, secure, and hopeful. From the initial appointment, Dr. Orris and his absolutly wonderful staff, made our experience confronting fertility problems as positive as possible. Dr. Orris was knowledgable, polite, optimistic, and caring. He seemed to work very hard, take his job very seriously, and treat each patient as an individual with individual needs. He and his staff were readily available to answer questions and ease nerves. While we are very pleased with the outcome of the intervention, even if we had not been so lucky, I could not reccomend he and the staff at Main Line Fertility any more highly.

We went through IVF at another well known fertility clinic in the area, with unsuccessful results. We decided to try MainLine Fertility after doing some research. We chose Dr. Orris and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience and the final results...we are due in May 2007.

Dr. Orris is honest and dedicated to his patients. He knows what he's doing and makes you feel at ease. I always walked out of his office feeling confident. I am sad to have to leave him and go to my regualr OB now that Dr. Orris helped get me preganant with my 1st.

John Orris is perhaps one of the most outstanding physicians that I have had the privilege of dealing with. As a Master's prepared nurse, he took the time to explain "all" of the details to me, while explaining the issues in layperson's terms to my husband, who is not in healthcare. His bedside manner reminds me of the "old school" physicians, whose primary concern was the patient, and not the "numbers to treat". He never dismissed any of my questions, and instead took the time to make me feel as if I was his ONLY concern that day. In addition, he never sugar-coated anything - he was frank, and honest, and although displayed an appreciated sense of optimism, also made sure that I was aware of the statistics for a less than optimal outcome. My only regret is that I cannot have him as my primary OB/GYN.

Dr. Orris is very knowledgeable, but didn't help me much with my problem. He never really took the time to explain to me what was my problem, and what he was going to do to try and fix it. He just gave me pills and told me to come back the week after, and that's what I did for a year, and still nothing.
