1/10/13 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Before I went to Dr. Orris I was convinced I was not going to be able to have children. When I said this to Dr. Orris he laughed. He looked at my medical papers as well as my husband's and put together a plan for us right away. I went to Dr. Orris at the end of June and got pregnant on my 2nd IUI in November. Dr. Orris gave us what we could not give ourselves: the gift of life! He is honest without being rude and gets straight to the point. The nurses always treated me well and were very helpful in answering the questions I had and comforting me when I got upset. Once I fell pregant they made a huge deal out of it at each ultrasound, which was nice. After I got pregnant they monitored me for 6 more weeks making sure all was good before sending me back to my OB. It took 4 months for me to get pregnant under Dr. Orris' care. I highly recommend him! | Respond |

Dr. Orris was knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great bedside matter. His nurses in both the Paoli and West chester office are also very nice. It took us approximately 14 months to get pregnant and at times I was very frustrated because we would keep trying the same things that didn't seem to work but after switching it up to injectables in the the 14th month we finally got pregnant! It was a long road but Dr. Orris was great the entire time. The only two things are I wish that he would do is close the door to his office when we were being consulted so the rest of the patients didn't hear things and I wish that they had more availibility in terms of appointments in the afternoon for monitoring. Other than that my husband and I were very happy with our care at mainline fertility.

Dr. Orris is a warm, knowledgeable, intuitive professional. During our first meeting, he was straightforward about our test results, but he also gave us hope and reassurance. The nurses were professional and efficient when sharing information with me about test results and ultrasound findings. Dr. Orris changed our lives. If you are currently experiencing the heartbreak of infertility, you can trust that Dr. Orris will help you to get pregnant and bring you the little one(s) you've been dreaming of. We're having twins!

Dr. Orris and the entire staff at MLF are simply fantastic - very focused on the goal of getting pregnant, being both practical and sensitive at the same time. I used them both for and IVF cycle (unsucessfully) and multiple IUI cycles - (successfully twice: daughter born 3/2009 and 6 months pregnant now.) For me they were the perfect blend of professionalism and compassion, but I wouldn't say they are too touchy-feely. Overall, they are completely respectful of your time, money and the emotional toll the whole process can take. For instance, when my IVF didn't work, Dr. Orris was direct about the fact that we would need a male donor if we really wanted to use our time and money with the greatest likelihood of a positive result. At the same time, after I was pregnant and my OBGYN couldn't find the HB and I was a slobbering mess, and Dr. Orris let me come back in for an ultrasound to confirm the HB, and, he worked it out with BC/BS. I would recommend Dr. Orris without reservation.

5/13/11 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | My main doctor at Main Line Fertility is Dr. Glassner but I have seen Dr. Orris a number of times while Dr. Glassner was on vacation. He was very friendly and knowledgable in regards to my situation. Although he wanted to cancel my last cycle since I had so many follicles the same size but my husband and I refused to cancel this cycle. As a result, we are pregnant with our first little baby. Thank you for giving us your support and guidance throughout this whole process. | Respond |

I had three miscarriages before I moved to this area and found Dr Orris. He and his staff were always positive with my case, and let me feel hopeful all the time. I went through 2 clomid, 1 femera and 1 injectable IUI cycles. And I did get pregnant in my first injectable cycle!I had some bleeding at week 7, Dr Orris put me on progesterone right away after ultra-sound. His care is just in time for me. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and patient, and are ready to answer your questions and concerns. I am now graduating from his office and expecting first OB visit this week. I strongly recommend Dr Orris and his staff of Main Line Fertility to any one who is seeking quality fertility care in the future!

The only complaint I have about my experience so far with Dr. Orris is I don't always get to speak with him when I'm there for my appointments. I pay a lot of $ to be there and feel I should get to speak with him every time and not just the nurse.

3/23/10 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Orris made a very stressful process a positive experience for us. From our first consultation he set realistic goals, and was honest and forthcoming with information. The IFV nurses are some of the best people in health care. They took the time to get to know us, and it made for a caring nurturing experience. They answered each and every question we asked, they provided support, and the best care possible. My birthday fell at the beginning of our IVF cycle, and Dr. Orris actually took the time to call me a wish me a happy birthday. That's not the normal experience you get at a DR's office. That's a Doctor who take a personal interest in each and everyone one of his clients. And in today's world, it's a rarity that should be commended. | Respond |

Dr. Orris was very exceptional in his level of care and compassion for our situation. He was very empathatic to our fertility challenges and never gave up hope that we would get pregnant. Also, the rest of the fertility staff was exceptional in their understanding of our situation. We never felt like just another number, we felt "special." Thankfully, we achieved a pregnancy after a year. Thank you Dr. Orris and the entire staff, it was a successful team effort.

6/19/09 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | Terrible, I would not go back there if he was the last Dr. on earth. Very unsympathetic to my miscarriage, only cared about their statistics and money, and treated like cattle. My IVF was a waste b/c I ovulated before they could harvest my eggs b/c they wanted to do it in a cattle like fashion. Horrible experience. | Respond |

Dr. Orris treated us with medicine AND hope. After 2 miscarriages (one after another), we thought about giving up on our dream of having a child. Dr. Orris ran tests, was positive and optimistic, gave us information, and treated us aggressively and skillfully. With his help, we now have a healthy 14-month old daughter. A maternal fetal medicine doctor we saw (who is also a fertility doctor) after we left Dr. Orris informed us that he would not have done anything to help us after 2 miscarriages -- just told us to try again (something I would not have done for fear of having to endure another loss). That doctor reinforced for us how much compassion and skill Dr. Orris has to offer his help and to do so much to keep me pregnant AND to assuage my anxiety. I highly recommend this doctor! He and his staff will treat you with respect and will geniunely do all they can to help you.

Dr. Orris was very patient and understanding. He was also excedingly helpful in answering all of your many questions without loosing patience. Even when we asked him to repeat himself. Dr. Orris was fantastically knowledgeable. After he saw where many of our questions were going he was able to anticipate our needs and provide information to calm our fears.

I am an African American woman and there were not any like faces in the office when I was there but I received the most friendly and courteous service. Dr. Orris put my husband and I at ease at the first consultation. I only did one round of IVF. The first transfer did not take but the second did. I am due Mar 2008

Dr. Orris had been a great Dr. We had our first child by in-vitro and are pregnant with our 2nd child from frozen embryos. I truly thought I was never going to have children and he was able to make my dream come true. I will be heading back to him after our 2nd child is born. So far 2 for 2 with Dr. Orris. He knows what he is doing and I am extremely confident in him.

I was not aware that doctors like Dr. Orris existed! I have never met a more knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and patient doctor. He is always up to date on the latest studies, took as much time with me as I needed to make sure all of my questions were answered and was just as excited as my husband and I to hear that I was pregnant. Dr. Orris and his staff (especially at the West Chester office where I frequented) made my what should be grueling visits and procedures, actually pleasant. Words cannot accurately express how ecstatic I am to have found Dr. Orris.

Dr Orris was always knowledgeable and probably one of the gentlest doctors out there. He worked with me to make sure the program was set for me (which did work) - not just a cookie cutter used for everyone. I would recommend him to anyone trying to conceive. His office staff was very punctual and helpful as well which made the visits pleasant!

Dr. Orris and his team are amazing! Compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. My husband and I began with the pills and IUIs and finished with shots and IVF. Dr. Orris and his team helped us through all steps including fears, anxiety and decreasing our unknowns. Our questions and prayers were answered when we met Dr. Orris and his team. If you are looking, call Dr. Orris. Their experience, knowledge and personalities helped my husband and I through to reach success with out first pregnancy.

As a psychologiist, I am especially sensetive to how important a supportive and warm environment is to make a patient feel comfortable, secure, and hopeful. From the initial appointment, Dr. Orris and his absolutly wonderful staff, made our experience confronting fertility problems as positive as possible. Dr. Orris was knowledgable, polite, optimistic, and caring. He seemed to work very hard, take his job very seriously, and treat each patient as an individual with individual needs. He and his staff were readily available to answer questions and ease nerves. While we are very pleased with the outcome of the intervention, even if we had not been so lucky, I could not reccomend he and the staff at Main Line Fertility any more highly.

We went through IVF at another well known fertility clinic in the area, with unsuccessful results. We decided to try MainLine Fertility after doing some research. We chose Dr. Orris and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience and the final results...we are due in May 2007.
