The wait is long, if you are prepared you can make the most of it. Dr Kassan is great, they cannot seem to get my prescriptions called in to Wal-green. Waiting for results to be called back is frusterating. You have to be on it. They don't call you back. Again, Dr. Kassan is wonderful, most of the staff is good, but the scripts and results call backs leave a lot to be desired. Need process help.

I am a physician. I saw Dr. Kassan 2 times and think he is the worst sort of doctor--maximizing his income at the expense of other people's time health, and money. He did an improper evaluation, gave me an incorrect diagnosis, and inappropriate treatment, charging me an exorbitant fee for a supposed several hour appointment that in reality only lasted a few minutes and during which he hardly laid a hand on me. (My insurance company pays, of course, so who cares? I do, and so should you.) After the first, unsatisfying visit, I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to a second visit. As is his usual practice, he again booked me at the same time he booked a dozen other people, and so I waited three hours before seeing him (for which time he later billed me). His X-ray tech did not show up for needed x-rays, but that did not deter him from going ahead with his incorrect diagnosis and treatment plan. I later got a correct diagnosis and treatment--from another doc.

Superb, accomplished Doctor who's been responsible for helping me directly, or guiding me to other specialists for treatment of advanced degenerative arthritis, muscular dystrophy, and high blood pressure. He is the very best indeed.

My problem with this practice is: 1) The office books multiple patients with the same appointment time, so there is a long wait. 2) The practice 'milks' the insurance by only prescribing meds one month at a time, so you have to go thru this long wait every month. The practice also has their own equipment, which they of course want to use to generate income along with lab work. Dr. Kassen is nice as can be and very reassuring but my time is also valuable and it is difficult for me to do the monthly circus at the office.

By FAR the most amazing Dr. I have ever seen. YES, the wait is long, but I would wait forever to see him if I had to. He has saved my life a few times, due to medical mistakes of other Dr.s who don`t care t all. I have been seeing him for many years and feel very blessed to have found him. He is very well groomed at all times, spends as much time with you as is needed, and is the most determined person in the world to work with you until he finds the solution. Dr. Kassan in my eyes , is the next person in line with GOD!!

Dr. Kassan is the absolute BEST, while I was upset at the wait on my first visit, as soon as I finished my appointment, an hour later, I knew why. He takes the time required, no in and out 3 minute appointment here. He also has many well qualified doctors in related disiplines when other issues occur. My biggest fear is that he will retire. Also I switched to Dr. Kassan from another practice, and it was apparent that the depth and breadth of his knowledge and experiece far outweighed the doctor at the other practice. I'm glad I didn't let the wait push me to a different provider!

Dr. Kassan is a terrific rheumatologist, but I have never waited less than an hour and a half to get in to see him, sometimes for as long as FOUR HOURS. He really needs to address this problem.

Dr. Kassan is a rare find.!!! I highly recommend, as he is so thorough, and caring of his patients the 15min. in and out shuffle doesnt happen with him. I was referred by a friend with lupus (same as myself) he is worth the wait! Has done more to help me with my problems than any other specialist. (3 previous)Finally have answers and support I needed.

This doctor is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I have never left an appointment feeling I was not well cared for. The only drawback is the lengthy time spent in the waiting room. I believe that to be due to the amount of time given each patient.

I've seen Dr. Kassan for several years. There is a significant wait for your appointment, and because of that I did look at other rheumatologists in the area. I came back. He is truly tops in knowledge and willingness to help. I can be a difficult patient because of my desire to do things holistically, and he is patient with me as I sort through things. He is extremely thorough. He has x-ray, small MRI, bone density machines in his office. He and his staff are very pleasant. The waiting area is relatively comfortable and camaraderie amongst those of us waiting is usually nice.

Dr. Kassan is the BEST DOC. ever.He won`t stop until he gets to the bottom of your problem. The wait is long but well worth it. He always presents hisself very well and ALWAYS is very well groomed. I have been seeing Dr. Kassan for many years and feel I could never find another Dr. who would work with me and be as concerned with my problems like Dr. Kassan.

Dr.Kassan has been my doctor for over 10 years. Although his practice is quite busy, and the wait is usually long, he is always attentive and caring. He fights the disease head on; very aggressive.

He takes a lot of time with you - more than any doc I've been to. This is why he runs late. From everyone I've talked to in the waiting room, though, no one would consider leaving him.
