This asked to rate the staff but I am writing to rate Dr. Radulescu herself. I LOVE this doctor. She explains what is going on, she takes time with me, she does an examination, she listens to my concerns and makes recommendations accordingly. I would recommend her to anyone. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend the Maple Grove location. The phone system there is appalling, the people who answer the phone are rude, they expect you to tell them your complete medical history to make an appointment, and the triage nurses are abrupt and nasty. I changed my location for appointments due to this staff. I like the staff directly in the office, but not the Maple Grove medical center staff. So unprofessional, so rude, so lacking in common sense. Terrible. Go to the Minneapolis office if you want people who actually do the job you are paying for. I drive over there rather than go to the Maple Grove office just to escape this staff, and I live in Maple Grove.But Dr. Radulescu is worth it.

Went to see Dr for thyroid and diabetes; I make an appointment and she is always late anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes;
