I changed to Dr. Troy during my 2nd trimester and I am glad that i did.Dr. Troy is one of the best doctors we have met. He is caring. I wanted to have a normal delivery and Dr. Troy supported it. I had my baby naturally without any medications :). The best thing my husband and I like about Dr. Troy is that he gives personal attention to his patients. The day my contraction started Dr. Troy gave a call to check how i was doing and then guided through the next step. That call showed how much concerned he has for his patients. Staff is also very helpful. Getting appointment is easy. I would recommend Dr. Troy to everyone.

I started seeing Dr. Williams the end of my first pregnancy. I had a horrible expirience with the Dr. I was seeing at the time and was referred to Dr. Williams by A Los Robles nurse. I was so pleased when I met Dr. williams. He is very soft spoken and you can tell he genuinly cares. I had a lot of complications during my pregnancy and he took great care of me and my precious daughter. He delivered her via Csection. I then got pregnant a couple years later and even moved back to have Dr. Williams deliver my second daughter. It was very important for me to have a VBAC and he made sure we did everything we could to make that happen. Two months ago he delivered my second daughter naturally and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to having him deliever my next and wouldn't trust anyone else the way I trust him. Very pleased.

Dr. Troy Williams is the reason I have had 3 successful pregnancies! The first pregnancy was in 2008 and Dr. Williams delivered our first beautiful girl and the experience he provided for us was amazing. We have had 2 more with Dr. Williams and they all have been as simple and easy as the first one. Everyone on Dr. Williams staff is kind and caring as well. It really turns into a family after we have been with his practice for 5 years now. Thank you Dr. Williams and staff for taking great care of our family. I would recommend him to anyone looking for great one on one care and only dealing with one Doctor. I just flew from Texas to have my 3rd child with Dr. Williams.

My experience with Dr. Williams and his staff was exceptional. 9 months is a long time to get to know a doctor and he walked me through everything from my first ultrasound to the emergency c-section. I would recommend him as a doctor to anybody. I will be having all my children under the care of Dr. Williams and his staff.

I went to Dr Williams for the pregnancy of my 2nd child. He was very kind from the beginning, accepting me as a new patient at 20 weeks even though I was high risk. He was very open to my natural birth plan and also very encouraging. He made every prenatal appointment was a pleasant experience, even when something was wrong. When I finally went into labor, I labored at home as planned and arrived at the hospital at 9cm, ready to push. Even though it was the middle of the night, Dr. Williams arrived only minutes after he was called. Baby was born 20 minutes later. I am forever grateful for Dr. Williams getting there so quickly and helping me deliver my baby safely and quickly without any drugs. So glad we had such a wonderful labor and delivery! Thank you Dr. Williams!

Dr.Williams is an amazing doctor. I had a lot of complications during my pregnancy and the doctor I originally had didn't seem to care or help. I had to go to the ER and that's where I met doctor Williams. In the short time I met him he seemed to care more then my actual doctor. He was very kind and polite I knew I had to switch doctors. He helped me with all my complications with my health and made sure my baby was safe the hole way threw. My husband is in the military and was suppose to get deployed, doctor Williams was kind enough to write a letter for his work letting them know he shouldn't get deployed I needed his help. He got to stay back and be here for the birth of our child. I had to have an emergency c-section my baby was in the NICU and doctor Williams even went to check on the baby after she was born. He really cares for his patients. His office is very clean, looks and smells great. :) the nurses are very kind as well. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We started seeing Dr. Troy Williams because of a referral from my sister in law. She had an amazing experience with him and informed us of his amazing work. Once we started seeing Dr Williams in the early stages of pregnancy we knew that he would be the doctor for us! He is an outstanding professional yet makes you feel at home and gets to know your family. He really makes the whole room light up when he comes in. Our baby was born 9 days ago on 2/7/13 and she couldn't be healthier. We have recommended many people to him and they are also very happy with his work. I could not have asked for a better doctor for my first child. Dr. Williams was extremely helpful and so nice. He was patient with all of our questions and explained things very thoroughly. We could not have been happier with any other doctor.

Dr. Williams and his staff were absolutely great!Dr.Williams took good care of me and my baby girl from the first day i stepped in his office till the day i left the hospital after i gave birth.I had a c-section and the scar is barely noticeable. My experience was really good and i wouldn't think about it twice to go back to him for my future pregnancy.

Dr.Troy Williams is truly the best doctor I have ever had! Beyond professional and couldn't have felt more comfortable. I am so very grateful with the whole pregnancy and birthing process that I feel I need to share it with anyone looking for a doctor in the area. Extremly knowledged and very caring. The staff was wonderful as well. Definetly will have Dr. Willaims deliver my next child. So blessed to meet such a great doctor that truly cares and puts the patient first. Great Dr. and staff. All are very attentive and available when needed. I had a c-section... minimal scarring. I am able to get an appt at 445pm or in the early am. Great ultrasound tech too. This is the Doctor to see for all your needs! I work in healthcare and recommend him.

During my pregnancy I saw a total of 3 OBGYN's. The first two didn't make me feel comfortable and at ease. Being a ftm and nervous about the delivery I wanted a doctor to be patient and understanding. My friend recommended Dr. Williams that had delivered her baby 2 years prior and will be delivering her second soon. I scheduled a visit and was totally impressed with the staff and the calmness of the atmosphere. Right away I felt his career is his passion not just his job. He is in it for the right reasons and guided and supported me in my desicions. I had an elective c-section and boy did I feel at ease the entire surgery. I never in a million years thought I would feel comfortable going to a male OBGYN but Dr Williams is all about his patients and their needs and will do what he can to make the entire pregnancy pleasant. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a good doctor. Another plus the longest I had to wait was 5 minutes and they worked with my work schedule :-)

I found out about Dr. Williams through the Tricare office, on the Port Hueneme base in Oxnard. I know that it was God who directed me to find the perfect doctor. This was my first pregnancy and I wanted to have the best doctor who knew what he/she was doing and would make me feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. I have been thanking God everyday because Dr. Williams and his staff made me feel very safe throughout the whole pregnancy. My husband met Dr. Williams for the first visit when I was 7 wks pregnant, and my husband did not have any complaints about Dr. Williams or his staff. After the first visit, my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. Going to Dr. Williams office made me feel at home and very comfortable, especially since my husband was away. Even though I had a minor scare, in the middle of the pregnancy, Dr. Williams did everything to help me through it. Dr. Williams supported my decision about not wanting any pain meds during labor.

We LOVE Dr. Williams! He was the first OB we interviewed when we moved to TO & didn't bother interviewing anyone else. It was important for me & my husband to find a doctor whom was genuinely supportive of our natural birth plan and we feel very lucky that we were all on the same page from day 1. I was pleasantly surprised at how much time he spent with us during our very first visit and he was always patient with all my questions throughout the pregnancy. My husband and I wanted minimal interventions and that's exactly what we got. Dr. Williams even faxed our birth plan to the hospital in advance. All the nurses we worked with never once offered us pain meds during labor. In a nutshell, my labor began & progressed very quickly. Dr. Williams arrived at the hospital shortly after we did & in three pushes my baby was out! I can't thank Dr. Williams enough for such a flawless delivery. We feet so blessed to have had our dream birth experience & could not have hoped for a better doctor!

This is the type of care every person wants especially during such an important time, for me it was having my first child. Dr.Williams never once rushed through an appointment & never made us feel crazy for the questions we asked. I always get nervous when I know that I have to have a female exam yet Dr.Williams made sure that I was good to go before he done anything & even explained step by step what was to come next. The day I was induced I seen him many times & even after working hours he called the room to check on us which was super nice. I love the fact that you are his patient & he is there to deliver the baby unless an emergency that was really important to me! I cannot think of anything negative to say about him honestly. As for the categories on the rating chart.....his staff was very helpful, he has never been late, his knowledge was vast and he answered everything we wanted to know. If you find this hard to believe go meet him and find out for yourself, I have never met a more sincere person. Seriously I have no idea why someone would go to someone else, he's just so kind and caring. After the birth he was here at the crack of dawn checking up on us and he was such a support in this whole event it was amazing. Go meet him and u will instantly feel like a better person. I am a cash paying patient therefore I paid 240 dollars just to chat with the doctor. next appointment was for pap and he had no idea why I was there or who I was , and he wanted to just chat again and get paid??? His Ultrasound guy over charged me for something he had not done and I paid 900 dollars of fees.His office called me and instead of giving result over the phone they insisted to come in for a vist, and they sounded concerned.I went in to find out "oh your labs are all normal" and another 240 out of my pocket just to hear that;(((((( Frostrating.That was the last straw. Dr. Williams and his staff are among the best I have ever encountered. The office is beautiful (looks more like a spa) and very clean. The front office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams is phenomenal. When my husband and I first told Dr. Williams that we wanted to try a natural birth, he was excited for us and very supportive. He even recommended birthing classes to help prepare us. He explained what was happening during each stage of pregnancy at every appointment and really listened to all of our concerns. He always answered our questions and gave us options. He really made us feel like we were partners in our pregnancy and birth, not just patients. We managed to have a natural birth and it could not have been a more beautiful experience. Dr. Williams made the whole pregnancy and birth so easy. We cannot wait to add another baby to our family and are definitely going back to Dr. Williams.

Dr. Williams and Staff are amazing! I would recommend them to anyone! They took such great care of me and my baby during my entire pregnancy and they were so compassionate and helpful to answer any questions throughout the entire pregnancy, and trust me I had a lot of worries and questions. I delivered my child via c-section and Dr. Williams got rid of my OLD ugly scar from my first childs delivery via c section and made a new scar and it is a TINY Tiny paper thin line, and it looks amazing! I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Williams. He's very attentive and patient during visits and takes the time to answer all questions. He was helpful in pursuing my birth plan. Unfortunately, I developed a hernia and underwent a c-section instead. I was very emotional & scared about the surgery but he was so patient & caring through it. My surgery went really well and he did an amazing job on the incision. Staff is friendly & follows up quickly and efficiently with any insurance/appointment issues. I will always go to Dr. Williams for all future pregnancies and recommend him to my family/friends.

Dr. Williams is simply the best OBGYN that you could every hope to find - in the world. Being our first baby, my husband & I didn't even know where to start when we were looking for a OBGYN for my pregnancy. We searched high and low for a physician who was seasoned, caring, responsive and took our insurance! Dr. Williams and his staff were so much more than we had hoped for. Dr. Williams himself is a very kind-hearted, special and considerate man. You will just love him. He always has a compassionate listening ear, and has had intelligent and helpful answers to every question we've ever had. He is a "patient advocate" and has never made me feel as if I had to change my birth plan to fit his model of delivery, or ever put any pressure on me like some other physicians have. I highly recommend him to any first-time parents. You must use him when you're having a baby - you will be very, very happy you did!

After extensive testing Dr. Williams diagnosed me with peri-menopause when I began bleeding severely for 20+ days at a time, and at only 44 I was afraid I would have to either live with it or face a hysterectomy. Dr Williams wanted to try Endometrial Ablation to resolve the bleeding without a hysterectomy. I had the endometrial ablation in May 2011, and now I not only barely notice mild period symptoms, I have had *no* bleeding at all after two light periods following the procedure - and I got to keep my uterus! I cannot thank Dr. Williams enough for looking to alternative methods to address my condition without a radical procedure - I am so grateful that I found him, and I am sure there are many doctors out there who would not have been so caring and kind as to have looked for another option. The surgical center and Dr Williams staff are amazing, and my insurance covered the procedure.

Dr. Troy Williams was open minded to hearing my birth plan and seemed to really understand why my preferences were so important to me. After our first consultation in person I was confident that I was making the right choice to switch to his practice. Throughout my pregnancy I could count on him to really listen to what I had to say and to treat me as an individual. He was always optimistic and never made me worry unnecessarily. When I delivered at Los Robles Hospital I had an experience better than I could have ever anticipated or had even thought was possible. My birth plan was followed to perfection. My baby got the absolute best start in life with a beautiful birth and immediate bonding time. I have so much gratitude for Dr. Williams and send good thoughts his way every time I hold my baby. I’m now a believer that a natural birth in a hospital is entirely possible and extremely rewarding if you have the right doctor.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Williams, as a first time mom I would highly recommend him. He always takes his time in answering any of your questions and raises questions or things you should be talking about with your husband regarding your birth plan. If you forgot to ask him any questions you planned on asking him he encourages you to call his office and they usually called you back if not the same day the next day. His staff was always very kind and attentive. He is very kind and soft spoken which is great for time of delivery. My husband and I were very blessed with Dr Williams

He allowed me to go 11 days overdue since I didn’t want an induction. Dr. Williams does his own deliveries. To make sure we could get a hold of him, he gave us his his personal cell phone number, which I called many times. Even in the middle of the night, he was never grumpy. When my son was circumcised, Dr. W. allowed us to stay with him during the surgery and made sure my son was comfortable. Compared to my first son’s circumcision, it was a much cleaner job—sometimes OBGYNs don’t take enough skin off. My son had to be readmitted to the hospital a week after birth, Dr. Williams called more than once just to see how my son was doing even though we were no longer his responsibility. His staff always greeted me by name and with a smile; they were never rude. They did a lot of work contacting our insurance so we always knew how much everything cost. | Respond |

I read a previous review and I think someone had an axe to grind. I had a challenging pregnancy and Dr. Williams was there for me thru it all. He gave me sound advice and I delivered twins at 39wks. I could not have done it without him and I will be going back for my next pregnancy. I never owed any more than my deductible and received excellent care.

Dr. Williams is a fairly new doctor but I love him! His office staff is friendly & helpful; I only waited in the waiting room about 5 minutes (which is how long it took me to fill out the forms as a new patient anyway) & in the exam room another 5 before Dr. Williams came in. He's friendly and soft-spoken. He took lots of time to ask me questions and to listen to & answer all my questions - I didn't feel rushed at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and am actually looking forward to going back!

I find it disturbing when i go in for an appointment and no one knows what I'm there for. This has happened 2 times now. I never got a call for my urine results. Seems like no one goes over my charts when i go in because no one knows what I'm there for including the doctor.

Dr Williams is money hungry!!! When you call for prescriptions or lab results his front staff insists you come in for an office visit. On two occasions I have had to get rude and insist the Dr call me. He requires addition fees on in office procedures like ultrasounds and blood work. He is a nice guy but I am done going to a Dr who only views me as a paycheck!

I've had several problems with scheduling and billing. He is a younger doctor and seemingly ignorant based on the way he answered many of my questions.
