Awesome, awesome, awesome. Dr. Bonn is a fabulous doctor. Doesn't blink when you tell him what you may have been up to. Very practical, funny but serious too. Delivered my son 11 years ago. Doesn't take my insurance and I don't care. I have no reservations about recommending him.

I have a deadly fear of gyns (due to experiences in the past). I hadn't been to one in apx 4.5 years. I finally decided I needed to actually take care of myself, and make sure I was still completely healthy. Seeing that Dr. Bonn has good reviews everywhere, I made an appointment with him. He did look at me a bit funny when I (a completely healthy, grown woman) broke down in his office, but I explained my fears. Dr. Bonn put in the time/attention needed to make me feel at ease. I can now say I will approach my next visit with MUCH less fear!

I've been seeing this doctor for 20 years and counting! He is very professional and has excellent bedside manners. He has a wonderful staff too.

I cannot tell you how glad I am to have found Dr. Bonn; I can already tell you from my first visit that this was the right decision. I looked at this website and noticed all the rave reviews, and I made an appointment with him today to resolve an ongoing problem I've been having. His staff were able to get me in this very afternoon due to someone canceling their appointment. Not only is Dr. Bonn very smart, funny, and as nice as everyone has already said, but he also actually listens to you and takes the time to understand the situation instead of just throwing random medicine at the situation. I feel very confident that I will be able to get to the bottom of my problems with Dr. Bonn, and I feel optimistic about my situation for the first time in a long while. I was beginning to lose all hope before today. His bedside manner, sincerity, and humor can't be beat. Also, his office is very well maintained and welcoming. I felt at ease at once.

I would rate Dr. Bonn among the best. Don't waste your time looking for anyone else. I am an RN and know. This Dr has excellent bedside manners I too had switched insurance previously and continued to go to him. I hope this review helps.

It was such a blessing to find Dr. Bonn. He ia AMAZING! I had been to numerous doctors throughtout my 34 years and hands down, he is the BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Others Docs should take a lesson. He is extremely informative and explains things in a way that even a child can understand. I LOVE LOVE LOVE him and sing his praises to every woman I know (and now some I don't). You don't know what you have been missing in a doctor until you have had just one visit with Dr. Bonn.

Dr. Bonn is the best Dr. anyone could ever have. He is gentle and kind. He is always up on the latest research and makes sure you understand everything he has explained. I can't express how wonderful he is.

I've been going to Dr. Bonn since 1997. Even when I didn't have BCBS I paid out of pocket for him. Dr. Bonn is hands down the best doctor I've ever been to...

Through this web-site I found this doctor and did not regret it. He is truly amazing. Caring, funny, professional and very helpful. Could not be better. He answered my numerous questions, addressed my concerns, educated and explained.

I love love LOVE Dr. Bonn. He is the best gyn in town, hands down. I'm so happy to be one of his patients. He's proactive, thorough, and he makes you feel comfortable and keeps you laughing while making sure you're healthy. If only he still delivered babies... :( I would reccomend Dr. Bonn to ANY woman in town. He is the BEST!

Dr. Bonn is an excellent doctor. Never in a hurry to get the next patient. Answers all my questions, simplifies medical terminologies for my easy understanding. I would recommend him anytime.

Thank God I found this rating site and took a leap of faith by making an appointment to get my annual done with Dr. Bonn. He is AWESOME!! Before I even got to changing into the gown, he said down with me and we talked about EVERYTHING that was going on with me. Instead of dismissing my thoughts, he listened to everything and said he would check everything out, which he did. Getting the papsmear is usually a frightful experience for me, but for the first time ever with Dr Bonn, it was totally painless. He made me feel sooo comfy. I was laying there blowing bubbles with my gum while he was doing it. I was so happy and relieved! One issue of concern for me as an African American woman is fibroid tumors, which I brought up to Dr. Bonn. He understood my concern and is testing me for these to see what is going on. He is the first doctor to do this for me. If you're looking for an amazing, down-to-earth, professional, caring doctor, go to Dr. Bonn!!!!!

Dr. Bonn is SUCH a great doctor! I wish he did more than just ob-gyn and could be my general physician as well. He's so open and funny, and makes you feel comfortable telling him anything. In fact he stresses that if you don't feel comfortable then you should look for another doctor, because he genuinely wants to be able to help you if you put yourself in a stupid situation. Having had ovarian cysts in college I've come across my fair share of gynecologists, but Dr. Bonn is HANDS down the very best I've ever come across. Definitely a top-notch doctor.

Agree with other posters. He is also not on my insurance plan, but I gladly pay out of pocket for a doctor this good - esp. a gyn. Phenomenal bedside manner - just instills a trust and sense that he really wishes the best for you in all aspects of your life. I am always nervous; but as soon as he arrives he puts me at ease and makes me smile.

Dr. Bonn is the best gyn I have ever encountered, and even though he doesn't accept my insurance, I will still be his patient. Caring, compassionate, concerned, and very interested in ALL that's going on with my life, not just gyn stuff. He's THE BEST. His office staff is great, too, and I just LOVE Dr. Bonn!

Have been a patient of Dr. Bonn since 1988. I recommend him highly -- smart, insightful, calm, encouraging, positive, realistic. His office staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.

I used to have a huge phobia of doctors, until I met Dr.Bonn, he was super friendly and funny! His staff was very lovely too. Best doctor I've ever had! He will be my gyno forever!

Went to him on the reccomendation of a friend. Great GYN. He made me feel good about being there - and comfortable about asking for std tests, which was much appreciated as I was very nervous. Beautiful office, professional staff. Highly reccommend.

I have visited many OBs and Dr. Bonn is by far the best. He is compassionate and possesses great bedside manners. Additionally, he is always enhancing his skills through educational venues which I feel enables him to be informed on the cutting edge of medicine.

I just started going to Dr. Bonn. My insurance doesn't even cover him, but he is that good. Way better than my previous GYN. He is near Foggy Bottom.
