:( Click to report rating    12/10/08 1 4 1 3  I was prescribed a medication (not by Dr. Earhat, but his PA) which I purchased at the Dr's office then found out upon returning home and doing some research that it was contraindicated for people with heart conditions. I decided not to take it and since the bottle was sealed and unopened I asked to return it and receive a refund. The staff who was rude and uncooperative gave me the run-around for a few days (every day I called the office manager was on a conference call and they had no idea how long it would be... hours, entire day...? No idea.) then finally told me that I would not get a refund and that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to research the medication before I purchased it... I thought the Dr. gets paid to at least ensure his prescritions are safe to the patient. Anyway, they kept the $25 on these pills, but lost two -insured- patients (my husnabd and I). That rude office manager is a genious isn't she?
