Extremely excellent physician. She is very thorough and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. Her follow up has been excellent and she really is involved with her patients. You couldn't find a more caring or responsible doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for several years. And she is truly a blessing from the Lord. I have dealt with many doctors who have the 'I am God' complex. Dr. Arnold is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS takes the time to fully understand and diagnose your problems. There is no better doctor in the world. I am thankful to her for bettering my life and for actually caring about my well being and not treating me as just another patient as most doctors do. I just cannot say enough positive words about her. I would very highly recommend her to anyone who wants an intelligent, compassionate and professional doctor. There are simply none better. I am thankful to the Lord for blessing me with such a wonderful medical provider!! Thank You Dr. Arnold

While I don't think the reception by the front desk staff is worth a penny, and my last visit I waited 1.42 hours to be seen by Dr. A. I do find her professional, wanting to get to the root of the problems and has a comfortable old world feel. The nurses and backroom staff are also very helpful and return calls.

My largest complaint with Dr. Arnold was that while I was her patient she didn't listen to me. I told her I was gaining weight drasticly and tired and that hypothyroidism ran in my family and yet after a year of complaining she refused to test my thyroid telling me that it was all my fault I was gaining weight. I went to another dr and sure enough my thyroid was off and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I wish she would have listened to me.

Doctor Arnold has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. She truly listens, cares and does the best she can to resolve your issue. I have never ever been treated by a doctor of such caliber! Yes you have to wait to see her, that is simply because she is so popular and she truly spends time with her patients, unlike 95% of her colleagues. She is also very knowledgable with medecine. She has improved my life so much.

Dr. Arnold is the best. I have been extremely comfortable with her since day 1 over 20 years ago. Dr. Arnold has helped me through alot of medical issues over the years. Her assistant, Jessie is wonderful as well. They know me, and treat me like family when I am there. I know you need to wait to see her no matter what time your appointment is, but rest assure she gives you your time when she gets to you as well. I dont know a Dr. yet that doesn't keep you waiting. Dr. Arnold is the best.

Dr. Arnold I think is a good person and my Grandmas LOVE her. Id think it over though before being treated for a chronic/acute disease or high risk pregnancy

Time is an invaluable commodity and "Jen" will always take as much time as needed to take care of you. It's aggravating to have to wait a long time in the waiting room but rest assured it is because she is doing her job the way it shoud be done in all practices. My wife and I have been seeing "Jen" for 20 years and would never swith to another doctor.

Dr. Arnold is a wonderful doctor. I went in to see her about some other issues and she saw a mole on my leg that she did not care for. She thought it might be some concern.I had it my entire life and I told her to take the mole off and she took it out of my leg and it was stage 2 cancer. If it was not for her I might not be alive today. I will always thank her for saving my future life with my family.

Have followed Dr. Arnold and her partners from when they were part of a different firm. Love that she will take as much time with you as you need to get the problem resolved.

I made the mistake of scheduling my first couple of appts. w/Dr. Arnold late in the day. Her receptionist warned me to schedule morning visits. So, yes I had to wait a couple of times. But the wait was well worth it when I finally saw Dr. Arnold. She is different than any other doctor I have ever seen, in a good way. She listens, she cares. She's also pretty funny. I came to understand that the reason I was waiting for her was because she was trying to spend as much time with each of her patients as she could. Don't get me wrong, it is irritating to have to wait for anything, especially when you work and have kids & a wife at home. Once I finally decided to visit her early in the mornings, I had a great visit and got quite a bit off my chest. Never been able to do that before at a doctor's office. My suggestion... go see her but do it in the mornings if possible. It will be worth it. She's also been very generous in terms of providing me with my prescriptions early on.
