I found this doctor to be very nice however she did not seem overly knowledgeable in treating my conditions. She tended to ask me what I wanted to do instead of recommending her own ideas on course of treatment. I did not find her to be very thorough in her examination.
Dr. Pacana was one of the Dr's I used during my pregnancy. She was very caring. I think the reason people feel "rushed" in this office is due to the poor scheduling handled by the staff. I always have long waits at the office. When I was pregnant, I had some complications and it was frustrating dealing with the staff. However, all the Dr's in the practice were wonderful.
Insurance: CIGNA
Rushed through my first prenatal exam. Barely held the ultrasound still long enough to see baby and hear heartbeat for the first time. Overall, seemed like she was in a rush to get on to more important things. However, I do like this practice... I really like the other doctors that I've met so far and all of the staff has been great.

I never saw Dr. Pacana because she never came to see me. I was in emergency room in Centra State Hospital with huge abscess of Bartholin's gland. Absess needed to be drained. I asked if procedure is done here and they answered that they do it all the time. Now I have to pay for stay in emergency room, but abscess was not drained. I never was seen by doctor Pacana, she just told by phone to make appointment with her next day in CentraState clinic, which was absolutely impossible. But nobody cared. My suffering was prolonged for two more days, I was in great pain, the abscess was a size of egg. It was drained 2 days later by other doctor but only temporarily (puncture, not incision). When I tried to make appointment in clinic they told me that they do not do any surgery at all, it is just family medicine. Surgery is done in different hospital. Also, surgery can be done only after abscess is drained and healed. She knew all that, but she did not come to emergency. I still have abscess.
