I had a breast reduction, breast lift, liposuction, and tummy tuck. Dr. Awada did a fabulous job! I look better now at 42 than I did in my 20's. I am in awe at how beautifully she sculpted my waist! She stayed with me during appointments until I had all my questions answered, and her staff were also helpful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Awada has a loyal lifetime customer in me!

I cannot express how diss. I am with the results of my surg. I had a tummy tuck and breast aug w/lift. I waited 2 hours before being seen at my consult. Come to find out, my consult was with an asst that didn't know anything about the procedures. She brought me a tray of implants, made me put on a tight t-shirt and than expected me to base my "size" dec. off of that. I insisted that I DID NOT want to look fake and that I wanted to be a full C. She told me not to focus on #s (implant size) and go with what I liked. I again stressed that I didn't want to be huge. Dr. A finally came in and I felt so rushed. She told me that what she thought about the breast size and said that she wouldn't let me look 'fake'....I trusted her. She took a quick look at my belly & reassured me that my results would be AMAZING! I'm 3 months post op, my results R far from amaz. I'm a DD & have skin flaps becuase she did not remove enough skin. I have yet to actually have an appt w/doc. Only assts!!! BEWARE!!!

I am a long time patient of Dr. Mariam Awada's and I feel horrible for the ratings I am reading on here. People need to understand that she is a HUMAN and is going through some personal and family problems. No one should expect her to not have a personal life and family medical issues. The fact that people would say bad things about her while her family is going through all of this should be ashamed. The office staff has no right to give you any of her personal information and that's probably why they don't. I know I tried to dig deeper and they told me that they weren’t allowed to give any personal information, and I’ve been a patient for 4 years! But it’s her personal life and we should all understand that. How many of your doctors do you ask about what they do in their personal life?? At least they are refunding you in full. Some doctors wouldn't even do that. She is a great doctor and PERSON and I am praying for her and her family.

A bad experience. Every time I was there I was rushed, just hurry up and pay. Don’t bother thinking you will get to use the 3D rendering program that they advertise on their website. You will not see the dr. for more than 5 min, you will only ever get to talk to her staff. Despite all this I still scheduled with her because my sister used her with great results. Days before my surgery it gets cancelled. I had taken off work and filled all my prescriptions. After two weeks of getting the run around, they still didn't have answers about rescheduling the surgery I had paid for. They offered to have another dr. do it, no thanks- got a refund. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. Not because she is a bad surgeon, because her office will give you a headache and you will have many unanswered questions. I'm going to Dr. Youn, his results are the same. My consultation with him lasted 1 hour and he was on time and polite. I got to ask all my questions to him- the doctor, the one operating on me.

I had a consultation with Dr. Awada, which went well (was rescheduled 2 times). Surgery date scheduled. Morning of surgery...there was a building problem...not their fault. Surgery rescheduled for later in the day, again cancelled for building problem. Then after many phone calls the surgery was schedule for the following week, then Monday morning cancelled the Dr was out of town. Then after that, for almost a week and a half they could not give me another confirmed surgery date. Then on my 8th call they said they are trying to get another Dr. to do the surgery, one that Dr. Awada trained. I asked for a refund and got it all back. Which was great of them to do. I went through all this for nothing, blood work, purchased the 3 meds, took all the preop-pills. In the end they couldn't make it right. This Dr. could not find time to fit me back in. I am very sad as I believe she probably does do good work. Trying Dr. Freedland. Hope that works out.

What an AMAZING experience I have had with Dr. Mariam Awada and her wonderful staff. The concern, care and professionalism along with the family orientated atmosphere has been such a blessing to my life. I had searched for years to find my fit and low and behold Dr. Awada came, no walked, into my presence and I have been so grateful that her extraordinary talent and skill is known all over the globe. I will forever be in her care for all future procedures and would NOT consider any other surgeon. I trust her with every need that I'll ever consider. I am so pleased with her work that I stop total strangers to refer her. She is a true inspiration for anyone who is ready to reveal their BEAUTY inside and out!

I can only comment on my consultation Dr Awada did not perform surgery on me. When I made my appointment I asked if Dr Awada consulted on my condition. I was put on hold for 20 min and informed that Dr Awada was a specialist and she most certainly would see me. I arrived 15 min early--i did not want to inconvience the Dr or other patients. I was asked for my cc upfront and charged b4 my appointment. I asked if i could bill thru insurance and was told i needed to pay up front < Later when I was in tears the Dr was helpful in allowing me to talk to someone about billing thru insurance> I then waited 90min past appt time b4 I was taken to exam room. I then waited an additional 50min with out anyone checking on me b4 the Dr knocked on the door. Turned out the Dr referred me back to my physician. I was very upset that I spent $ and wasted 3 hours. She gave me water and helped me sort out the billing ... Wait time is far to long and her staff is not knowledable in my opinion..

DO NOT SEE THIS DR!!!! She will only see you once prior to surgery. All of your postop visits are with the medical assistant, sometimes even with the receptionist!! It was ok at first when the one medical assistant was there but now they have someone new, I think her name is Robin, she has no clue as to what is normal! I have had swelling and pain in my upper abdomen since surgery 6 months ago and all the staff will tell me is that it is normal because you can NOT see the one who performed the surgery!! Well it is NOT normal!!! Now I have to pay someone else to correct what this woman has done to me! This is a once in a life time surgery, do your homework!! DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN! SHE DOES NOT CARE!!!!

Dr. Awada performed upper and lower eye lid surgery. The surgery was not performed adequately. I still have a lot of skin above my eyes and scar tissue in the corner of my right eye which looks like a pocket of fat. She removed too much fat under my eyes to where I now have a sunken look. My previous doctor I had, before we moved to MI, told me that as I age my lower lids will look more and more sunken in. Her nurse, Marie, agreed with me until Dr. Awada came into the room. I told Dr. Awada my concerns and expected that she would at least remove more skin, the flap, from my upper lids and get rid of the scar tissue. She immediately became defensive and said I was being rude and insulting. She was very condescending and unprofessional to me. Every time I saw Dr. Awada she would tell me something different, there was no consistency from appointment to appointment. I have pictures that clearly show the poor quality of her work. Also, the average wait time is 1 - 2 hours.

Dr Awada is an excellent surgeon, she is caring and listens to your needs. I had reconstruction done on my breast's, also upper/lower yese. I look fabulous. Marie is also awesome.

I strongly recommend Dr Mariam Awada. She is a wonder! She sculpted my body beyond my expectations. I had Tummy tuck, Breast Augmentation with lift, and liposuction of my upper arms.
I remember I jokingly asked her if I could possibly wear a 2 piece bikini after my procedures. I have never worn a 2 piece swimsuit in my life. Her reply was that she would be insulted if I wouldn’t after she’s done with me. On our 6th month post-op meeting I surprised Dr Awada and her staff when I took off the disposable gown they provided and unveiled my body in not just a 2 piece swimsuit, but in a black 2 piece string bikini! I would never have imagined myself wearing that before ever! But my new body compelled me to do so, LOL!
If you plan to make a huge decision such as these, just go see Dr Awada for a consultation and you’ll see the obvious sign of her greatness, a long line of waiting clients. But don’t be put off by this, I promise you, it will be so worth it!

I went to Dr. Awada after having two beautiful children 10 years apart. I was unhappy with the size and appearance of my breast. the staff and Dr. Awada were extremely helpful, professional, warm, caring, and honest. My mother had a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Awada. After seeing how great my mother looked and how much confidence she had gained, I decided to visit Dr. Awada for a consult. She made me feel welcome and comfortable in what could have been an awkward experience. I decided to have breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. I have to say that she did a wonderful job and I am so happy! My boyfriend (who did not want me to have surgery) cannot keep his hands off of me and all my friends are shocked at how well everything turned out. The best part: I fit into my skinny jeans again and finding clothes that are flattering is no longer impossible. Dr. Awada really did change my life by renewing my confidence and I recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Awada performed a breast implant explant on me. I was anxious and hesitant about this procedure but I have to say that Dr. Awada did an excellent job of reassuring me and making me feel safe and confident about it. She took the time to answer my questions and to make me feel good which made a world of difference to me. In addition my result was beautiful and I am very happy. She remembered I was to be married and remembered my family from a previous visit. She went above and beyond to make me feel secure and important. Her treatment of me combined with my results are enough for me to highly recommend her. She performs up to 5 surgeries per day and sees so many patients that it means a lot to me for her to take the time to be kind and to remember me and my situation. Her staff was also excellent. Having a kind talented doctor with a great bedside manner makes all the difference.

My husband is a Physician. So it was important to both of us to find a cosmetic surgeon who not only was accredited, but who also did volunteer work in their profession. After visiting 4 physicians, I chose Dr. Awada to perform my breast augmentation. I am now 12 months post op and couldn't be happier with the results and service I've received from Dr. Awada and her staff. Punctuality is not their highest quality. But it's important to understand that each patient requires and deserves a fair amount of time with their physician. This can sometimes lead to delayed punctuality for those in waiting. I never felt rushed when it was my time with Dr. Awada. The biggest piece of advice I can give when choosing a cosmetic surgeon: Do not choose your physician without "shopping around". Although one physician may be a master at one procedure, they may not be the best choice for another procedure. Dr. Awada was the right choice for me. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and results.

She and her staff answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. She is very talented, I did not have any bruising after surgery and returned to work within a few days. Dr Awada did a wonderful job on my tummy tuck and breast lift. I feel so grateful to have a nice slim waist now and my husband and I are really happy with the way my breasts look now. She is truly an artist. I think she is a caring person. The staff are really great too. They make you feel so comfortable. Every time I went after sugery I saw Marie and she took her time with me and answered all my questions. She was just great. I am really happy with my results. I am ready to get some more done on my body and it will only be done by Dr Awada. She is great!

After recheduling me twice I finally met with her and then had to have my interview cut short so she could try to catch up with the next one as if it were my fault. I didn't get answers to all my questions, I felt as if mine were stupid and shouldn't have been asked. With so many positive reviews I was shocked at the treatment. I went to another area physican and who made me feel good about doing my homework and having smart questions that got meaningful responses. Shop around ladies, this isn't the place for everyone.

Dr.Awada is amazing. I am extremely happy with the nose reshaping she did for me. Friends and relatives are impressed with her work. Her staff was kind, very efficient and organized. I would recommend her to anybody.
I was terrified of having surgery, but the day I showed up for my appointment Dr. Awada and her staff took such good care of me the experience wasn't terrifying at all.
I can't say enough good things about her work. You'll be happy with any procedure she does.

She said she would do another surgery for me but wanted another $5000.00. The previous poster sounds and wfully lot like Marie. I will repeat, Marie treats clients as if they are clueless. When I asked her about serial implant numbers (on the implant) she pretended to not know what I was talking about. When I told her one of my breasts is larger and higher than the other, she said they looked "fine" that she could not tell. Either she has too much work on her hands or she simply does not really care about patients. At this office I feel like I am not allowed to ask questions when I am the CLIENT. I am paying and deserve answers. Went to another doc yesterday and the difference there was like night and day.Clearly employees are logging on here to leave favorable messages. For those who had good experiences I am most happy for them but I have the right to express mine.

I had a great experience, the staff is wonderful. I felt comfortable and welcome, I wish all doctor visits were this nice. I had a breast augmentation and the results are better than I thought possible. It has been ten weeks since my sergery and there was very little brusing and the scars are very small. My breast look so natural that people don't beleive me when I tell them their fake because they don't have that glued on ball look. After surgery I was shocked there was NO Pain. I had very little mobility with my arms for the first week or two and my cheast muscles were sore as if I had done heavy weight training the day before but there really was no pain. Dr. Awada was very honest and helpful when deciding which size breast looked best for my body. I couldn't be more satisfied with my results and highly recommend Dr. Awada and her wonderful staff!!

Outstanding service & great communication. My surgery wasn't routine cosmetic surgery but reconstructive following an accident. Mariam Awada did an amazing job rebuilding my messed up face and putting the pieces back together. Great bedside manner as well. I was incredibly lucky that she was on call when I had my accident. Absolutely #1 in my book.

I am 2 months post rhinoplasty and I am very pleased with the results.I have researched many doctors online and Dr. Awada seemed to be the best for me.On my first visit, like everyone else, I ended up waiting an hour before I was even seen, but she was worth every minute.Dr. Awada was the first consult I have ever been on and after meeting with her I knew right away I was going to trust her with my surgery.Dr. Awada does not sugar coat things, and is very upfront, but this is a characterist I liked about her.During my visit she also asked me several times if I had any questions and readly answered every one.I did find it hard to get a hold of the nurse for further questioning though. The entire staff is great and very friendly.Every post op visit has been a great experience(minus the wait) and I am very happy that I chose her for my surgery.I have, and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family in the future.

I went to Dr. Awada's office for laser resufacing done for acne scars on my face. The Aesthetician performed this procedure and I have seen GREAT results so far. Everybody in the office is incredibly nice and really makes you feel at ease. I am so glad I chose Dr. Awada's office and her staff. It really feels like everybody goes out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and strongly encourage questions to be asked. Great atmosphere and an awesome staff!!

Dr. Awada and her staff were more than wonderful! When choosing to get cosmetic surgery, you always worry about the results. I would have done it all over again in a heartbeat. My results were exactly what we had discussed and more than I ever hoped for. My recovery time was very easy with the detailed instruction from her staff. I must have called the office 10 times before my surgery and the staff was always more than happy to comfort me. Dr. Awada really cares about her patients as people and is exceptional at what she does. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not thankful to have had such a wonderful doctor!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr Awada's office! I had a few laser treatments done and love my results. When I felt anxious about my procedure, I remembered that a few off the girls up front said they had treatments, so I called them up and got the reassurance I needed. They made me feel like I mattered and talked to me until I was comfortable. My skin looks great, and I look forward to my next peel! I also love the great skin care lines Dr. Awada has.

I drove an hour to see Dr. Awada. I gave my situation (want double mastectomy and reconstruction) when I made my appt. I was told there is no fee. When I arrived, I asked if there was a fee and again was told "no". In the exam room I sat in a paper shirt-feeling very exposed for some time. I gave my history to an assistant and I was told the doctor would be right in. A woman came in,asking how I would pay the fee. I WAS NAKED, BUT FOR A PAPER SHIRT AND SHE WAS ASKING FOR MONEY. I said I was told twice there was no fee. She left for a moment and returned to say I had a medical issue so I had to be billed. I was shocked that someone wanting a nose job was not charged but someone wanting to save their own life had to pay. After being humiliated I only wanted to leave. The kicker is Dr. Awada doesn't even do the procedure I need. When I made my appointment, they knew what I needed and how far I had to drive. I don't care how well known she is, Dr. Awada is inconsiderate and unprofessional.

My appointment was for 1:30 and did not get back to see her until 4:30. When I asked specific questions each time I was told I was a great candidate for lipo and/or would love the results. Now that I am post op I regret going with this dr. After the surgery I had an abnormally high amount of pain. I had difficulty getting her to return my phone calls, but when she did she told me there was nothing she could do and that I should not have called her after hours. She did NOT do my follow up exams. When I asked the office staff any recovery questions they simply pushed additional overpriced kits and lotions without directly answering any questions. If I had to do this over again I would choose a different and surgeon who follows care in a caring manner from the moment we met until after the results were seen.

I had extra skin on my eyelid and noticable wrinkles below my eye brows that cause lines across the upper nose area. Dr. Awada said I only needed an upper eyelift. I am in my early 40's and had this problem for a couple of years. Dr. Awada was my second choice to correct the problem ( my first Dr. could not perform the surgery as soon as I wanted). What a mistake ! Dr. Awada fixed half the problem. She removed the excess skin from the upper eyelid but " I still have the wrinkles underneath my eye brows ! " Also, the surgery left a small, permanent scar at the corner of my left eye. When I went back for the first follow up she told me not to worry it will improve in a few weeks. When I saw her a few weeks later, the wrinkles were still there. She said maybe in a few years She will do a brow lift. I was so mad. Now, I have developed excess skin on my right eyelid that looks a little weird. I'm not going back to Awada. I'm going to let my first choice Dr.fix my problems.

I had a tummy tuck almost 2 years ago with Dr Awada. She did an amazing job, and because of that my whole life has changed. She did such an awesome job that I lost so much weight to match the rest of my body with my new tummy, and now I need to pick my breasts back up. I had no choice to make as to who would do my breast implants. It was never a question. I trust her completely! The only bad thing is the 2-3 hour wait everytime you want to see her. It does get annoying, but I keep telling myself if she wasn't so good, there would be no wait. :)

I researched on my own for a plastic surgeon without any referrals. I selected Dr. Awada because of her educational background and excellent reputation. I had breast augmentation and lift. I am 14months post surgery and extremely pleased with how everything has beautifully healed. Dr. Awada did a beautiful job on recreating my breasts to a more youthful look. The procedure is one that I would have her do again knowing what I know now. She is very talented. She and her staff were very attentive to my concerns. She has employed a WONDERFUL staff!!! The facility is a beautiful tranquil setting as well. My one and only complaint is that Dr. Awada is a very busy, talented plastic surgeon and because she is so busy you can expect to wait for her with your visits. I assure you the wait is worth the surgeons beautiful work! Thank you Dr. Awada and staff!!! Sherri.B.

I chose not to use Dr. Awada because she barely answered any of my questions, did not make me feel comfortable and after seeing another doctor I realized she would have done the procedure with very poor results because she would have fixed only part of the problem; she didn't address another huge aspect of my issues.

I had a Breast aug with her about 1 yr ago or less and she seems kinda rushed and not wanting to take her time, I was refered by a friend who knew someone... after the fact now i hear bad stuff oh well! if any advice i can give is look behing the nice office and ask questions! and dont feel pressured to give your depsoit that day! good luck!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Awada and her staff. She is rare in the fact that she is not only compassionate and caring, but also highly skilled. I could not be happier with my results and the care I received. She changed my life around for me and I am very grateful. I cancelled my other consultations, because I knew in my gut that she was the right one. I recommend her to anyone who is thinking of making a change to their body. She works wonders and she listens to your needs.

I like Dr. Awada. I only visited her for minor things. I trust her skills and ability, however her availability is poor. I have waited for no less than two hours each time i visit the office. She does seem rushed and over booked.

Dr. Awada is a great doctor. I had a rhinoplasty, and it turned out perfect. I would recommend her to anyone, the whole experience was wonderful and her staff is super friendly. Her office is always busy, but totally worth the wait.

I had surgery a few weeks ago and so far happy. I think she's a great doctor but they do rush you there. You make an appt. and have to wait ATLEAST an hour before your seen. They really overbook people. I think that's the only problem it's good alot of people want to see her but she's gonna rush through patients if the waiting room is full. The staff is really friendly. So if you don't mind being there over 2 hours when you have an appt. I would recommend her. I thnk she is great but would be overall better if so many people were'nt booked for 1 day.

I had my surgery done in July. Did not get what I paid for. I think she is so busy that she does not listen to all of her patients concerns. My breast and lipo turned out nice, the third part not so good.

Recently i got a breast augmentation. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results. I really wanted natural looking breasts, and they are. Dr Awada is very professional and does AMAZING work! I had a quick recovery, and her staff were so nice. I would definitely recommend Dr Awada!

Dr. Awada is an exceptionally gifted plastic surgeon. After contemplating breast augmentation for 15+ years, I finally made the decision to go forward with the surgery.I did extensive research and interviewed many surgeons. It took only one visit to Dr.Awada to be convinced that she was the surgeon for me. Yes, I waited for every visit,including the day of surgery, but every single delay was worth the end result.Dr. Awada is, no doubt, a perfectionist,and this inevitably has an impact on her appointment schedule. From my perspective I would much rather wait for a perfectionist when my body is at stake!I think the very few who gave her a negative for arrogance have mistaken arrogance for confidence and competence!Take this Dr.'s advice- if Dr. Awada makes a suggestion, you will LOVE the outcome!I would see her again, without hesitation,should I choose to have another procedure. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else!She is an artist and a surgeon-and yes,she REALLY cares!!!!!!!!

Dr. Awada is a wonderfully caring and competent surgeon. The only reason punctuality is not high is because of her caring nature for all patients and the time that she spends with each person. Her staff is also very kind and competent. I would definitely recommend her to others!!

I realy love my new tummy. I had been holding off on my surgery due my fears of how it would turn out, and how much pain I would be in. But! now alittle over two months I feel WONDERFUL!!!! and I am so glad that I had entursted DR. Awada and My lord (Jesus Christ) with my surgery. I thank god for her and making the right decision. Dr. Awada and her staff are phenominal! I would highly recommend her to anybody! I had 3 elective procedures, including a tummy tuck, a breast augmentation and liposuction, it has only been 8 weeks and I look and feel great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my recovery. Dr. Awada is a perfectionist and I am amazed with her attention to detail!

Wow. That's all I can say about my experience with Dr. Awada. I had my breast aug. 1 month ago, and I am AMAZED with the results. She is friendly and caring. Her honesty and opinions may upset some, but if you're honest with yourself you should be able to except the truth. I'm fairly young to have such a procedure (20), and have never even had surgery, but she made me feel so comfortable. From the second I walk into the office to when I leave, I feel like part of their "family". I expected worse pain afterwards, but believe-it-or-not I ended up going to my nieces bday party the day after!!! She was great, I would do it 10 times over, and recommend her to everyone!!!

Being part of the medical profession myself, I have plenty of "bedside manners" to compare to. Thank you for a great experience and great results. I am VERY happy with the outcome and would recommend her to anyone looking for a cosmetic procedure! The day of my operation went smooth, slightly delayed but all in all a fantastic group. I appreciated being in such good hands.

Pros: Dr. Awada is very knowledgeable about what she does. She answered all my questions that I had and she was very friendly and passionate about what she does. She has a all female staff and felt that Dr. Awada was pretty gentle during surgery because I had little pain and discomfort the day OF surgery. The surgery was also done in her office which made me even more comfortable. I received a follow up call from her that night to see how I was doing. Cons: I did not acheive the results that I expected with my BA. If I had been explained a little better about what the results were going to be I would have had more realistic expectations. When I addressed my concerns with her staff they just said you look "great" after talking with the Dr. herself I felt more at ease of what the outcome was and I am now satisfied with the results. I also waited 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room for my first consultation before seeing the Dr. I WOULD us her in the future.

After several consultations at other offices, I "found" Dr. Awada and I couldn't have been happier.From the first time I was in the office, to the day of surgery, to my post-op appointments, I found the entire staff to be extremely friendly, supportive and knowledgable. Every minute spent waiting for that first consultation with the doctor was well worth it. She spent a lot of time with me and was very in tune with what "look" I was going for and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Not only would I strongly recommend her to anyone interested in great results by a gifted surgeon, but I already have to all of my girlfriends and relatives.

I'm very happy with the results of my surgery and feel my surgeon did an excellent job technically. I had no problems during recovery and my questions via telephone were answered promptly. I did, however, find that my pre-op and post-op appointments were VERY rushed and I did not feel that doctor or staff gave me enough time to ask all my questions while there. Also, I once spent 1.5 hours waiting to get into a post-op appointment and finally had to reschedule. For this reason alone, I might hesitate to recommend my doctor to others.

I can't believe that anyone would consider Dr. Awada rude. She has always been so nice, and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout all my office visits and before my procedure. Each and every one of her staff that I have had contact with, have been caring and helpful. I am completely satisfied with my results too. I went in to talk to Dr. Awada about liposuction 2 years ago. I felt very comfortable with her, and I did not feel rushed one bit. She was very nice and her staff was as well. I am more than satisfied with my results, it has changed my life, and I am going back for a breast augmentation. I'm sure Dr. Awada maybe did seem rushed to some people, thats probably because she was... I can't imagine how stressful her job is, and everyone has those days. However, I've never had anyone treat me with such care. She's worth the try and has the experience! Trust me :)

Dr Awada did my breast aug and she is awesome. She recommended a size, but also listened to my concerns, so the result not only fits my body but also my personality and lifestyle. I was NEVER pressured or rushed. The staff is great also. I think the people who complained about how little time they got w/ the Dr. have unrealistic expectations. Don't expect to have an hour to chat with a surgeon on a FREE consultation! The staff is educated and spends plenty of time with you. Although your time w/ Dr. Awada is limited, you get her full attention and expertise. She was always very caring and kind. I definitely recommend Dr. Awada!

I was pleased with my surgery but i was shocked to get a $300 bill for the "free" consultation. They billed my insurance, which refused to pay, so they mistakingly sent me the bill. I guess they thought that the insurance would pay, and i'd never know about it. I called the office and asked why i was being billed for a "free" consultation...they said that it was a "mistake" and i never heard from them again.

Doesn't seem to want to spend much time explaining things, everything is rushed, just hurry up and sign papers and pay for the surgery. There's nothing warm or friendly about this doctor, and she sure doesn't like to answer questions.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Awada a month ago and already I am extremely pleased with my results. My breasts look so natural and amazing in my new bikini!! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Awada. I believe she truly understands my needs and desires. She is also so honest that when I initially met with Dr. Awada I asked her about liposuction for my inner and outer thighs...she told me I looked just fine the way that I was where as any other doctor would quote me just to make a buck. This really impressed me and I immediately booked surgery with her. I am so happy with my decision and can't wait to see her for my next visit! Thank you Dr. Awada for changing my life!!!

I was very nervous about having the surgery done. I consulted with several doctors. I researched the surgery extensively before entrusting my body to Dr. Awada. I am so happy with the treatment and the results are awesome. My friends can't believe that my boobs are not real. I was quite disturbed by some of the e-mails on this site. Dr. Awada is confident and KNOWS a womens body. THer confidence may be misconstrued as arrogant/rude. I am a working professional with two young children and I couldn't spare lengthy down time. I hate needles and my experience was so pleasant and my recovery was amazing because she does not give people a general anisthetic for various procedures which cuts down on the recovery time. Also, Dr. Awada, unlike many other docotrs has far fewer post op complications. I asked many questions and did my homework and I am one very satisfied customer and I swear by Dr. Awada. DR. AWADA IS AMAZING

I had a tummy tuck by Dr Awada several months ago, and love my results. Her work is wonderful. Although, from consult till now she has spent a total of 8 minutes of one on one time with me. She never answers any phone calls, you are instead given to an assistant. So if you are looking for great results and a Dr who will spend time with you, it isnt her. If you are looking for great results, and dont care about alot of one on one time with dr, she will be fine for you.

Great results. Felt a little rushed during pre-op visit, but still had a good feeling about her skills. I am still healing and swollen a few weeks post-op but there is a big difference in my body shape. I was not pressured into any additional procedures. I am considering a breast augmentation and would most likely use her again.

I had a consultation with her, and she seemed very short with me. I felt like I was being talked into procedures that had nothing to do with what I wanted (pushing me to get a breast augmentation with my tummy tuck). She said at 197lbs that I wouldn't be able to lose anymore weight, but I lost 18lbs after that before I had the procedure I wanted with another doctor. It looked as if her previous patients had good results, but the before and after photos were limited. I felt pressured into making an appointment for surgery the day that I had my consultation. Her office also called me several times to attempt to get me to make an appointment. She said that she could get me in for surgery the next week. Seems a little too fast for me. I was pleased that I was able to have 2 free consultations with her, and that she seemed to want to answer all my questions (even though some of her answers were wrong). NO ONE else was in the building besides her and one employee; she still seemed rushed.

I KNEW THAT IMMEDIATELY HAVE TALKING WITH HER THAT SHE WOULD THE DR. TO PERFORM MY SURGERY. SHE KNOWS A WOMANS BODY, AND SHE PERFECTS IT, SHE PERSONALY CALLS TO CHECK ON YOU.
