I've only seen her once and at the start of visit, thought were was a problem with my ins coverage so she ran back and forth btw the exam rm and front desk to pass info from me to reception, and finally helped solved the issue. She is energetic and helpful. I asked on how to address her and she told me to call her by her first name! who's ever heard of a dr that's so modest?! I was very impressed. Too bad she's not an opthalmologist and she soon left my opthal's practice =( gave a "3" for staff but they were really not "her" staff. | Respond |
