I must agree with the later posters; very poor quality of service, both in the time to wait to be seen and the actual visit with the MD himself. Would not reccomend to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I was always seen late, by more than 15 minutes, and then rushed through my appointment. Never felt like Dr. Finch was listening to me, just looking at the notes and pushing to get me out the door as soon as he could.

Finch is always late for appts, last one over 40 min & no apology. I'd been complaining of utter fatigue; he misdiagnosed me for months. Another practitioner immediately found I had hypothyroidism after looking at my chart; by then I was almost diabetic & very sick. Last straw: I'd been having severe back pain for months. Never took x-rays; just prescribed drugs & adjusted me. Got so severe I was in ER & couldn't walk for a week. Back seized again, called for an appt. Called back w/a prescription for pain meds. Went in & told Finch pain meds weren't a solution - something was wrong. Apparently I wasn't grateful enough for the drugs as he launched into a lecture that was out of line & completely offended me. Went to a chiropractor who took x-rays & results showed serious issues w/my spine. If Finch had listened to me during the months I'd been having pain & bothered w/x-rays I would've been spared months of agony. I'd been a patient for years, but for the sake of my health, never again.

The staff is at times terse and rather belittling when attempting to resolve scheduling and referral issues. I haven't been terribly happy with this office ever since Dr. Pie left.

My whole family has been patients of Dr. Finch for 37 years. He has seen us through birth and death. He is the best. He is easy to talk to and very kind. I hate to think of the day that he retires. Great job Dr. Finch!!!!

Dr. Finch is helpful, knowledgable and listens to my concerns. I also really like his Nurse Melanie Lundin, she's just as wonderful!

Dr. Finch is terrific. He takes the time to listen and really cares about his patients! The nurses and other caregivers in the practice are also very helpful.

Dr Finch took more time with me going over my concerns and answering my questions than any doctor I had seen previously. He's very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

We have been going to Dr Finch for 25 years and I am so trusting of him. He is the most helpful doctor I have ever gone too. He takes so much time with you if you have to wait a bit you don't mind cause you know he is doing the same with others. My kids and sister's family and Mom go to him. When you walk away from his office you know that you got a good visit and have the problem worked out. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Also his assistant is very excellent Melondie. I could go on and on about him. HE IS GREAT!!!

Dr. Finch is the best. I've been seeing him for about 20 years, and he keeps me walking! (I've had 5 back surgeries, so that's saying something) Just seeing him walk into the exam room makes me feel better. He has a great way to make you feel at ease (a great sense of humor too). When I was diagnosed with diabetes, he took time to talk to me & my wife so we new what to expect and what we needed to do. I honestly don't know what I'd do if he wasn't around. Mahalo Dr. Finch!

Dr. Finch has been my doctor for many years now. I had to move out of state, and believe me, I cried at the thought of losing him. He is so knowledgeable, and cares so much about the people that he treats. I have never met a more exceptional doctor. He's absolutely the best!!!!

Dr. Finch has been my GP for at least 15 years and I have never had an unpleasant experience. He very willingly will spend a lot of time with you... take time out to listen to you... and yet will not let you BS yourself or him. He is very helpful and has a very good calming effect. I like the time spent in his office and come away feeling reassured that things will be OK. I also have used Dr. Finch's services as an Osteopath on three occasions, for my shoulder and back pain and he has done wonders.

Doc Finch is AWESOME...He has been my doctor for 35 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone...he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns! Great Doctor!
