What a relief to find a podiatry office that is clean and well run. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Ciment is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality. My condition required several follow up visits and it progressed as he predicted. Each visit I waited no longer than 5 minutes to see him and was able to reschedule appointments with ease. This is the way all doctor's offices should be run. It is the benchmark I will use for all my doctors.

After seeing other podiatrists, I went to Dr. Ciment after seeing the recommendations on this site. He has been extremely helpful to my foot ailments and I received the proper attention that I needed. His staff was very courteous and made the process as easy as possible. Overall, I am more than happy with Dr. Ciment.

Dr. Ciment is attentive, concerned and knowledgeable and very hands on. After using at least five other podiatrists outside NYC, it was worth the drive to finally get fitted properly for my orthotic which now has helped control and heal my plantar fasciitis. He is my "go to" podiatrist no matter where I live.

This guy is THE MAN. I had an accident and needed a same-day appointment. They verified my insurance benefits and had me scheduled to see him within 90 minutes. I fully expected to wait when I got there since they squeezed me in at the last minute but there was no wait. Dr. Ciment was on time and spent over 40 minutes with me examining me and answering all of my questions. He seemed very knowledgable and now that it's been 4 weeks and I'm all healed up and running without pain, I'd say he knew what he was doing. The staff were so polite and coureteous. The office has a very good energy about it. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with Dr. Ciment, his office, the staff, and the entire experience of being cared for. This is what going to the doctor's should be like and it's a shame we don't expect this kind of care from all of our physicians.

One of THE best doctors I have come across in my LIFE. (Yes, that great of a doctor). He is charasmatic, makes you feel at home, no question is too stupid or ridiculous. Not only does he assure you that he cares, but you can feel that genuine sentiment. Fully knowledgable (moreso because he was a podiatry patient once, so he can totally empathize). His staff definitely mirrors his state of mind & warmth. I would recommend Dr. Ciment & his facilities ten fold to anyone. Even the physical therapy center he sent me to is yet another reflection of how he wants his patients to be well-taken care of. Great physical therapy center he works with, as well.

Dr. Ciment is an incredible physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and had the ability to fully explain both the problem and the solution to my foot ailment. I wholeheartedly recommend him . The staff mirrors his caring attitude and my whole surgical and aftercare experience was top notch!

Dr. Ciment is very nice, the clinic is clean, the equipment is new and the staff is polite. Dr. Ciment appeared to care about my problems and solved it to my satisfaction. I would recommend anyone who needs a podiatrist to consider Dr. Ciment.

Dr. Ciment is so nice and helpful. I think he was actually early to my appointment, and it only took 15 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms. A smart, patient and overall great doctor.

Dr. Ciment is a young and very bright doctor, and has a great bedside manner. He has an incredible eye for detail. He was able to tell I was from down south from 1 X-Ray of my repaired clubbed foot, because he recognized incredibly subtle details that show a different surgical technique used there! He was very thorough and pleasant, and he explained everything in intricate detail, which I like. I also didn't have to wait to see him at all, and the visit was fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a podiatrist.

He was kind, personable and caring. I've never had ANY doctor be so generous with his time. He listened to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Fantastic, comfortable office space. I highly recommend him and his office staff for any foot or ankle problem.
