I am 31 years old, have had seven OB/Gyns in my lifetime, worked in a hospital for three years, and I have never, ever met a doctor as caring, sincere, knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, and just plain wonderful as Dr. Wells. I am 23 weeks pregnant with a baby girl and I feel so grateful to be under the care of Dr. Wells and his amazing staff. Everyone is always kind to us. I actually look forward to my visits. He is so open and makes me feel safe to talk about anything. I found him from this site and I'm so thankful that I did! The office staff is always friendly and calm and treat us like individuals and not like we are a burden, like most offices. Also, the medical staff are always kind and comforting too. The best medical office I've ever been to! My husband also loves this office and goes with me every time. They treat us both with so much respect and answer all questions with sensitivity and never rush us.

doctor wells has been my doctor since my first son five years ago...my first thought was oh no not a guy doctor..but then when i got to my appointment and i got to know him i felt so comfortable with him..he's not just my doctor but a friand who i can tell my problems to i wouldnt change him for nothing in the world

De wells is the best doctor ever! He is so kind and caring he really takes time to listen to all your concerns and treats you like a person not a number! He actaully treats you like family! His office isn't crowded and the staff is great. All of my friends have gone to him and I refer him to everone I see that is pregnant! I am on my second pregnacy and wouldn't choose anyone else!

I can't rave enough about Dr. Wells. He was my ob/gyn when I was pregnant, but I had the misfortune of him starting his own practice at the end of my term. After my pregnancy I had to be hospitalized and nobody could tell me what was wrong with me, then later I ran into Dr. Wells and told him I was hospitalized and told him one of my symptoms, he then asked if I had this and that sypmtom, and I said yes and he knew exactly what it was! I just wished he was in my insurance plan. I LOVE THIS DOCTOR!

Dr. Wells is friendly, courteous and very personable. He always listened to me, and heard what I had to say. When visiting his office, he always made me feel that I was his first priority.

I absolutely love Dr.Wells!!! I give him the highest rating there is and then some! What makes him better than the rest is, he truly loves his profession and it shows! For instance,there is such a comfortable feeling from the time you arrive to the time you leave, he is ever so patient, and he listens, again he listens without any interjection before your done. He also shows he cares by valuing the time he has with his patients by being prompt and never rushing you out the door with questions being unanswered. Last BUT definitely NOT LEAST Dr.Wells is extremely Knowledgeable in his profession which gives you a sense of security! OOOOh! I can write so much more but I'll bring it to a close! Once again I give Dr.Wells the highest rating there is! Dr.Wells is Truly Heaven Sent!!!!!!!!!

dr wells was an amazing doctor! the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy i went to a different doctor whos staff was very rude and would talk about patients as they were sitting in the waiting room.. transferring to henderson obgyn was a breath of fresh air.. i was very happy to have dr wells deliver my daughter.. i cant wait to see him again.. he's more than a doctor hes also a friend. he could always put a smile on my face no matter how tough of a day i was having.. i have referred many of my friends to him and they all have no complaints..

Dr. Wells is the best. He takes his time and answers all and any of your questions and concerns. Honestly, he makes you feel like family. My daughter is of age now and will soon be going to him for her exams and other things, I know shes in good hands. It helps to that he thinks he looks like Denzel Washington. Dr. Wells is so personal. He gives each patient his undivided attention. He answers all of your questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Wells. He also managed my thyroid appropriately (I don't have one. He made sure I was on the right dose for my medication.) His staff always made me feel welcome. Being a nurse myself, I think I know the difference between a good Dr. and a bad one. He incorporates your opinion in your care and listens to you! He granted all of my desires in the delivery of my baby. I did not feel ANY pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. He also is very sharp and picks up on anything that may be abnormal quickly. He is probably the best OB/GYN in town, and I feel so fortunate to have found him! If you want a second opinion, ask ANY Labor and Delivery Nurse at the St Rose Dominican Hospitals if he is a great Dr. I guarantee they will say YES!

I was almost 5 months pregnant with my 2nd child when I found Dr. Wells on my provider list. I went for my first appointment and I fell in LOVE. He is the best I have never seen a doctor that treats you so good and makes you feel like part of the family. Even my husband who at the begining felt weird coming to the OBGYN with me fell in love and even went as far to say that he would be willing to have another baby if it meant getting to see Dr. Wells as often as we were. I was almost sorry to have my baby just for that reason. All of a sudden I found out that all of the women at my baby shower were pregnant and a couple of them have already picked him as theyre doctorand now they do nothing but thank me for it . He is funny , compassionate, loving and caring and I would even go as far as to give him a place to stay if he ever needed it! Me, my husband my mom and my kids all feel the same. If you chose to go and see Dr. Wells I promise you that you wont regret it ! Liat Dadon

As for me I think Dr.Wells is a great doctor my whole family loves him because he makes you feel good while you're there him and my boyfriend seemed to get along quite well. I rate him number one in doctors that i've gone to.

Dr.wells is a great doctor!he has helped me though alot of things!my dr.i had with my son moved out of town and i didnt have one.so i met him though my brother and sister in law!and he told me if i needed anything just give him a call.i found out i was pregnat again so i went to him and he has been the best help and suport ever!we love you dr.wells!he is so funny and happy all the time and makes you feel confertable and like you have known him for your whole life!all you do when your around him is laugh and thats what i love about him!!!thank you dr. wells for being a great dr. and for all the help and suport you have givein me!!!we love you alot and just keep it up!!!

After researching patient ratings for Dr. Wells, I decided to give him a try. I couldn't have made a better decision! Thanks to everyone who recommeded him. Both he and his staff are phenomenal! I went to him for my annual and IUD removal. His staff immediately informed me that Aetna only covers 80% of the IUD removal so I wouldn't be surprised by extra fees. Dr. Wells then spent 20 minutes talking to me about my concerns and questions, throwing in a few jokes and questions of his own! He is very informative, caring, and personable. He gives you his undivided attention and takes the time to get to know you so that he can better assess your needs. The relationship between a woman and her OB/GYN is very personal, and its important to have that comfort level so you can be honest with your doctor. I look forward to continuing this relationship with Dr. Wells, and I am confident that I am in good hands with him.

So this is actually an update from where I considered the staff rude... I have to tell you, I love every person in that office and I couldn't imagine ever going to another doctor again. My son was delivered perfectly and it was the best setting I've ever had. I completely recommend this man and his staff. -=)

I love Dr Wells. He is the best OBGYN in town by far. I would never ever go to anyone else! I love his bed side manner. He always remembers my lab results even from months ago and he remembers my husbands name. He always makes me feel so comfortable.

This Doctor provided the best services possible on bringing my Daughter into the world Safely despite the complications we had. I would travel the World just to keep him as a doctor. Love to ya Doctor Wells from Chris, Gina, and Hailey.

They just don't make doctors like him anymore! I'm on my 3rd pregnancy with him and can't imagine going anywhere else! He can handle any situation. He's one you'll not only enjoy visiting, but also look forward to seeing him again! Definitely worth going out of your way to be seen by him!

I love Dr. Wells, I really do. He always makes me feel incredibly comfortable. Although, he does push the IUD as hard as his office does (and I got pregnant on the IUD) but has made it a very easy transition. He even apologized for me getting pregnant on the IUD, while his staff insists to argue with me about it. His staff can be pretty rude, depending on the day you catch them. But otherwise, love the doc. -=)

Me: 25/white/married/conservative/1st pregnancy. Orlandis Wells is a special and blessed man. He's made me feel as though I am the most important person alive upon all of my appointments. He has given me the respect, answers and attention we'd envisioned before conception and treats my pregnancy as if it were his own child developing. His personal skills are warm and unforced as he goes from different circumstance to different circumstance, lacking nothing in knowledge and preparedness for each. I look forward to his required company and I am always at peace knowing he is the person who is escorting me and my husband into parenthood. I make early morning appts. so I don't run into waiting very long, if at all. If you have to wait, just know that it is because he is giving the million$ care to some other woman that you will be receiving soon enough. We look forward to having all of our future family members with the aid and influence of Dr.Wells. The staff is distinguished too!

This Dr. tops them all. My family and I LOVE him! My daughter was so lucky to have found him. This is a man who is sincere in his profession. He is also funny, loving, and caring. As far as the "honey", "sweetie", "boo" stuff, that's just his southern style, and we loved him for it. We hug him everytime we see him, and all the nurses rave about him. My daughter was so afraid because it was her first baby, but she walked out of that office with a sense of security which lasted throughout her pregnancy. You almost want to be pregnant just to see him ! Lol! Dr. Wells, we ADORE you! Love, Cheryl, Amy, & Aiden Cole !!

I think he is one of the better drs. in this town. He made me feel more at ease with my pregnancy then other dr.. He lets you know the truth and guides you every step of the ways. I love that Southern Hospitality... Best part is my husband liked his mannerism.

This doc is amazing!! I have been seen him through 2 of my 5 pregnancies, and would absolutely choose to see him for another one. In this state that is so VBAC-phobic, he was one of the only doctors I found that would help me have the birth I wanted. He's very prompt with phone calls, and any other last-minute stuff that comes up. I never felt rushed during the office visits, like I have with so many other doctors. I love his staff too! They are very personable and multi-talented ladies!

I loved Doctor Wells! He has a fantastic bed-side manner! He is kind and helpful. He listened to my concerns without making me feel silly. He has a very cheerful, pleasant, personality that put me at ease. Even when my delivery didn't go as planned and I ended up having a c-section, I felt so calm and reassured when he came into the room, I knew everything would be fine. My c-section was a great experience because of his caring and capable manner. If I could, I would have him deliver all my future children. He is the best!

I love him! He was the best doctor I have had for my pregnancies (this being my 3rd). He was always polite, caring and answered all my questions. My husband was being deployed around the time of my delivery, and he went out of his way to make me comfortable for the remainder of my pregnancy. Although he was not my doctor for my previous pregnancies, he always remembered my other childrens names, my husbands name, and our over all family situation. The amount of patients he sees, and he remembered my family, I thought it was really great way to make us feel comfortable with him. All tests, and ultrasounds were done right in his office, which saves a lot of time. Overall, Dr. Wells is a fantastic OB doctor, and I would highly recommend him to any woman expecting a baby!

I love this DR.!! I am a high risk patient and I have seen him for both my babies! He is awesome, I sure have been to my share of Dr.'s and he's one of a kind! I don't mind being called "honey" or "sweetie" at all and neither does my husband! He feels like one of the family, he's been my Dr. for three years and I just follow him all over town, I even changed insurance to follow him!

I have been going to Dr. Wells for over three years, and i refuse to go to any other dr. Even when i didn't have insurance i would pay the $ 100.00 just so i wouldn't switch. He is very professional, and very kind. He makes you feel very comfortable, and has a great personality.

I was very uncomfortable with this Dr. I was reffered to him by St Rose for the Baby Your Baby program and switched physicians as soon as my employer's insurance kicked in. His manner of always calling me honey and sweety was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Once I was at my usual physician she was unable to get any test results from his office, we had to redo all tests.

I was in my second trimester of my pregnancy when I first came to live here in Henderson. Dr. Wells was the only physician that I was referred to that would accept a woman so far into my pregnancy. I was quite hestitant because he was male. After I met him and was treated by him for the first few visits, I was very comfortable and had actually felt lucky to have been placed with Dr. Wells. He always made me feel welcome and could always bring a smile to my face. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would certainly go back for any future pregnancies!

Dr. Wells is the best physician I have been treated by so far. He always listens to all my complaints and never makes me feel rushed.He makes me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone. Ladies, don't believe that myth about only a female doctor can give you te best care. Dr. Wells is the real deal.
