Dr Del Vecchio and his staff, Dawn and SariAnn, were extremely helpful from the first time I stepped into the Newbury office. I'd first visited 3 years ago, when I started considering rhinoplasty. This year when I finally decided to get it done (finally had the resources and courage to do so) I knew I had to go back to him. I'm filled with such gratitude to the Dr. Even a month now, post-op, I can't help feeling that he did such a great job and I'm not apparently fully healed (given the ave time it takes post-op for complete changes to be seen) I honestly feel I look so much better thanks to Dr D. I'm also grateful to Dawn and SariAnn, I know they bent over backwards to get me a spot in the hospital for when I wanted. I don't even know if I should mention that I got a discount too equivalent to the price for a nonsurg nose job I'd gotten a few mths prior to going in for the regular procedure. The most touching thing Dr D said: he would treat as carefully as if I were his daughter.

I had a breast augmentation in Oct 2008 and I am more than thrilled with the results. Dr. D does not force you into a bigger size implant, regardless of what the negative posts say. He did not tell me just what I wanted to hear and actually chose a more conservative route for my surgery. He took plenty of time to answer any and all of my questions even after being in surgery all day. He realizes that this is an elective surgery and you can go anywhere, but also realizes that just telling you what you want to hear will not earn your trust or return service. He personally called me the night of surgery to make sure I was recovering well. I would however comment that his assistant is always in a rush and didn't really know how to be private with some of her conversations regarding details of your surgery in front of the waiting room. Also she rushed me off the phone three times and didn't realize my surgery had been moved up 90 minutes until the day before! Overall he is a great surgeon!

Ten years ago I had breast augmentation after having nursed three children. As it was time to replace them, I realized it was going to be a complicated surgery and decided to go with a new doctor, who had expertise in breast re-dos. When I first met with him, he was realistic and very positive about what he could do: I needed a breast lift, pocket revision and fuller implants. He listened to my concerns and needs, and gave his expert opinion on what he could realistically achieve: fuller, perkier, but natural looking breasts. In the end, he accomplished it all. I am so pleased with the results. His office and surgical staff were excellent and thorough, as was the follow-up care. Overall, Dr Del Vecchio is a kind and caring person, and an amazingly talented surgeon. He put me and my husband, who is also a doctor, at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for excellent care and results, especially those who are in need of a skilled doctor for complicated surgeries.

I couldn't be happier with my result with Dr Del Vecchio, The hospital and staff were friendly and helpful. i had a rhinoplasty in October, at the consultation visit the Dr assured to me what i was seeking is realistic and he can gave me what i want! after that i felt that he will be the right Dr for me. I am so glad that i picked him up and if i could rate him higher i would. the result was amazing and very natural looking. i highly recommend this Dr for rhinoplasty. Thank you Dr Del Vecchio your are the best.

Dr.Delvecchio is unique. As I got to know him he became more personable. He assured me that he would "take care of me." He almost seems as maybe a perfectionist in his work. He is very serious about his work. He didn't push any further surgery on me as you would expect cosmetic surgeons to do. He said to do what I wanted. Overall he is a great doctor that is very knowledgeable about his work. He changed my life. Thank you

God bless those hands! I have the utmost respect and admiration for Dr. Del Vecchio. Surviving a study regime such as that of Yale University and Harvard Medical School is not easy. In addition, he has under his belt over 19 years of experience performing all types of plastic surgeries, generating remarkable results among people of all ethnic backgrounds, which makes him a leader in his field. I am one of his patients and will never look any further for as long as he is practicing, for such procedures. I'm extremely happy with the treatment and my results. He went beyond my expectations to help me in terms of financing the procedure and I will always be grateful for that.

I recently received a breast augmentation by Dr. Del Vecchio. Not only was he helpful and realistic during our consultation, but he also offered a comforting and professional outlook that helped ease my worries about the operation. I think it's sad that there are a few harsh reviews about Dr Del Vecchio. He was busy the day I went in, but to me that is comforting. He did my breast augmentation back in May, and I am very happy. I am a full B Cup, with my petite figure, we discussed this was the best option for me.

You are an excellent surgeon, who is also very personable, remarkable, and you really seem to care all health concerns. Having the kind of procedure done that I had is so incredibly personal and at times somewhat less embarrassing to me. horrible, meglomaniac, dishonest and impatient,did not listen or accurately inform.Clearly tells you what you want to hear and soes what he wants which is BIG breasts.Odd man-arrogant and abrasive, sometimes seems like he's on something. Very sketchy-would avoid at all costs! Staff rushed and seem coached. Education a bit over-done. Those positive ratings were clearly phony, and posted to outweigh the honest critisisms. Note the similarity and effort to cover all the bases. A real person would not do that!!! Everything from staff, to concern and accessibility, to results, and willingness to recommend. Way too many superlatives. Why are they all grouped together after the bad ones? Effecting business maybe? STAY AWAY!

I'm also surprised to see negative comments on this page. The staff was extremely helpful, and incredibly friendly. I had been thinking about breast augmentation since I was sixteen and meeting with Dr. Del Vecchio soothed my worries about surgery and reaffirmed my decision that I should do it. He was always nice, courteous, and professional. He answered all of my questions and then even the ones I didn't know I had. Before and after surgery, I was taken care of. Dr. D even called me after my surgery to check on my recovery. It's now a few months later and you can barely see my scars, and my breasts look and feel natural. I've had so many compliments on them. Dr. Del Vecchio is an amazing surgeon, I would recommend him to anybody who's considering surgery.

I am actually really surprised to see negative ratings for Dr. D. After a mass amount of research, he was 1 of the 3 doctors that I chose to consult with and he was the one I chose. The staff is very nice, friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. The feel of the office is great: very clean and the atmosphere made me feel at ease. I initially came for breast augmentation, but since he performs other plastic surgeries, I thought I'd ask him about my lip (It was scarred from a car accident). I had so many questions and I can be SO long winded, but he was very helpful, friendly and most of all patient. Knowing his background and given my experience from the consultation, I felt he was the right doctor for me. The hospital that he used was FANTASTIC!! The staff were ALL SO great! I was actually happy instead of nervous. They pampered me and catered to my needs. He did both surgeries at the same time. PERFECT results! I referred two friends and they also love their results. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

My experience with Dr.D was incredible. He made me feel at ease when discussing my planned surgery, allowed me to be very specific as to what I wanted, and did an absolutely perfect job. Dr. D is the absolute best. I've had plastic surgery done with others and by far.Dr D is an expert in his field. I lost a tremedous amount of weight over the past 6 years and little by little I planned to have excess skin removed. I started with an arm lift with another local surgeon but was dissatisfied with the outcome. From the very moment I walked in and met Kim at the front desk, I knew this is were I wanted to be. I didn't want to be just another formerly obese patient that no matter what a surgeon did to me, he would be thinking "you look better than before". I felt 100% comfortable with Dr D He was very thorough in explaining all the pros and cons and he actually spoke in terms that were very clear, he explain the procedure and truthfully stated his concerns. TT and BL look fabulous.I can't think of a single thing I would have rather done for myself. If there were truely such a thing as "perfect" It would be Dr Del Vecchio

My experience with Dr. Del Vecchio was a pleasant one. Everything from the consultation to my surgery, and even post operative appts. have gone very smoothly. My results are even better than what I had expected. I went to two other consultations with two other doctors and they both said that I would need a full anchor lift. Dr. Del Vecchio said he could do implants with just a crecent lift around my nipple. I feel that Dr. Del Vecchio was able to keep my scarring to a minimum and still end up with a great result. I have recommended Dr. Del Vecchio to several people I know considering cosmetic surgery.

Prior to deciding to have a tummy tuck/liposuction I did a lot of research. Dr. DelVecchio came very highly recommended and I found him and his staff to be ABOVE and BEYOND with concern. I received 24 hour a day care. I was told to call at anytime with questions or concerns. I always had a return call within 15-20 mins. The procedure was explained to me in GREAT detail. I guess I really did not know the extent of this surgery until after meeting Dr. DelVecchio. I decided to go through with it. I am THRILLED with the results. I will not say that it was a breeze, but I am sooooooo happy I went through with it. It has been 7 months and appreciate the looks that Dr. DelVecchio has given me that I could not get from exercise

I can't say enough about Dr. Del Vecchio and his staff. My questions and concerns were immediately addressed and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I had no surprises especially since Dr. Del Vecchio had a projected computer image of what my rhinoplasty results would look like. I had researched and consulted with other doctors, but I found Dr. Del Vecchio expressed great interest and concern about what I wanted. based on his thorough knowledge, he recommended the best proceedure for me. I also had lower eye lid surgery. I have severe dry eye which can be worsened by lid surgery. His suggested approach enabled me to have this proceedure without aggravating my condition. Debbie

My first impression when I arrived at the office was a good one. The staff is super nice and they make you feel very comfortable. My appointments have always been right on schedule. When I have called the office the staff is very helpful.One of my many reasons for selecting Dr. Del Vecchio was due to his excellent education and his eagerness to stay educated on the latest technologies. When I was doing my research it states you should make sure the PS has all the proper certifications and to judge the surgeons skills on the before and after pictures. I was extremely pleased with the pictures and the body contour he gives the patients. The Doctor spent a long time discussing a bunch of possibilities to help me achieve my goals. We agreed on an approach and I could not be happier with my experience or my results. My recovery was super easy and I feel great about my new shape. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is seeking Plastic Surgery!

Dr. De Vecchio listened to my concerns about having plastic surgery and carefully explained my options. I love the results of the lower eyelift. I look at least 20 years younger. He and his staff were courteous and professional. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who wants great results.

The doctor gave me a sloppy injection - I now have problems in the area of the injection. I wish I had selected a doctor that I knew something about before letting anyone inject anything into my face. I would never go to this doctor again.

I had a breast augmentation in 2004 by DelVecchio. I found him to be very egotistical. I was a small size B, and wanted to be a C cup, but he insisted that I should be a D cup. When I came out of surgery I was shocked to learn that he actually made me a D cup, even though I had specifically told him not to. He actually cleaned his nails while I was having a consultation with him. I recently had an upper bleph done by another doctor and I would never, ever go back to him for any cosmetic surgery.

I had a breast augmentation and lift on one side. I had problems with my left breast (the side the lift was performed on) right after the surgery and I continued to have problems for a long time. I now have a large scar on my left breast that I am so embarrassed by and sooo angry about! Every time I called to ask questions and express my concern about the situation, his secretary would act like my calling was such an inconvenience. He was very impatient with me and his manner was all-together very abrasive. Despite how long I waited for my appointments and my obvious upset state, he always rushed me out of there so he could meet with his other patients. I highly advise people to stay away from him.

The doctor made a small mistake that cost me quite a bit of discomfort. I would advise choose an alternate plastic surgeon. The local area Boston hospitals have some great plastic surgeons.

full face lift and eye lift. He is horrible. I went back and he never admitted his mistakes. I live with a permanent redness in the neck area and he blamed me alluding that it was caused by 'drinking'. I DON"T DRINK. He is a horrible horrible man.
