Please, for the love of God, stay away from this doctor! He ruined my nose to the point that only 2 surgeons in the twin cities will even attempt to operate on me. To repair my nose I will need a cartilage graft and severe reconstruction! He took way too much septum from my nose and now it is collapsed on one side and flared out on the other. He is known by the other plastic surgeons as doing poor jobs as the many doctors I've talked to have mentioned how so many redo his work. He offered to redo my nose and waved a fee, but still, why would I have him redo something he already did wrong? I know of 3 other women that have been severely scarred by this doctor. My insurance company covered the septo/rhinoplasty. I notice now my insurance will not allow him in network as his reputation is so poor. It's too bad so many have had their lives changed by this doctor.
This man ruined my breasts. He failed to warn me that he was inexperienced in the method of insertion that I wanted and the result is assymetry and a misshapen pocket on one side. When I demanded he fix it, he refused to admit he did anything wrong but agreed to waive his fees for the repair surgery. However he wanted me to pay the $2000 for the anaesthesia services which I couldn't afford after paying for the first surgery. The result is a lifetime of breasts that look worse now than they did before I had them done.
I went in for liposuction and didnt know that there were other procedures less intrusive and more appropriate to my situation (ie.,Mesotherapy/LipoDissolve)-I feel that a responsible physician would have told me that I didnt need the operation. (The Dr. removed less than 2 lbs of fat). Also, they did not give me the legal disclosures to sign until I was in a gown and 5 minutes before the surgery. After, the nurse said she would call to check on me but did not, I was confused about the meds to take that evening and I was unable to get a hold of anyone until the next day. I felt I was mislead about the recovery period being shorter than it actually was and less painful. I was not satisfied with the results-I was told to buy a girdle to wear 24 hours a day for several weeks after, but was not told this would form my new body shape; the girdle left a permanent indent under my belly from the edge of the girdle and my belly button is now abnormally shaped. I regret the whole experience.
Had lipo and fat injection done. Vogt is a master at fat injection for a good balanced result. I highly recommend him for his good manner and strong skills.
I have had 2 surgerys done by Dr. Vogt. Being a diabetic I had great concerns for myself and knowledge that he brings to the table is unbelivable. I would not go any where else to have something done. I just love him and his staff (which most of them have been with him along time). OUTSTANDING DOCTOR !!!! Thank you, Lori
EXCELLENT Surgeon and v.personable. Very caring and attentive. Has two of his own locations--Wayzata & Fridley & teaches worldwide however so is expensive. Highly recommended if $ is no object.
