An incredible surgeon with a personal and caring manner. He is so experienced, but he also keeps up with the latest surgical techniques. When you meet him you will see why everyone is so positive in their reviews. He listens to you attentively and answers all your questions patiently without a trace of irritation. My surgery was flawless and I recovered in the time and manner that I expected based on Dr. Clarke's thorough explanation. My wife and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are unlucky enough to require gastrointestinal surgery, put the odds in your favor by going to Dr. John Clarke.

Dr. Clarke is without question the best surgeon/doctor in the country and my opinion is shared by many people from the nurses to other doctors in the hospital to home care nurses. I was blessed to have Dr. Clarke operate on me. He took care of me as if I were his own daughter! I could tell that he really cared about me as a person and not just another patient.
